Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Rusk County

It is so difficult to find a place that is dog-friendly. Dot's place was perfect for my fur baby and I. The suite is very spacious, it would be perfect for a midterm stay and there is a large fenced yard that my dog could ramble in. There is a nice shared patio that overlooks the yard and wooded area behind the house. dot was very responsive and welcoming. I would stay here again

We will be back!! Loved it!! The kids had fun swimming in the pond. Beautiful place!!

Beautiful place, just know that there’s many cabins adjacent to each other and people party hardcore till 2am with load music. If you go to sleep early, make sure you have some white noise going. Other than that, it was an amazing and beautiful place, and I highly recommend visiting.

Great peaceful location and a great host!

First of all, I wanna start out by saying that I absolutely love the lady that owns the place. She is absolutely lovable and caring and for most part the place is definitely beautiful clean you’ll definitely feel right at home in this beautiful home. It was a very nice place. Very peaceful and quite. Alejandra was very nice even after I had to change the dates I was going to be there, she was very helpful and nice about it. I would definitely come back!

Pretty unique set up and cool place to stay. Was perfect to crash while in town for work. Only downside was no tv. Other than that i definitely recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was the perfect get away for us, our kids and grandkids. We enjoyed fishing, paddle boating, the fire pit, and the beautiful view. We would definitely come back to this quaint place. The hosts even had a personalized welcome for us! The kitchen was stocked with spices and thankfully coffee filter since we forgot ours! We made so many wonderful memories and I know the grandkids will be begging to go back!

Dorthas place is great beautiful scenery, friendly, private, spacious, it perfect

My older kids & I stayed one night with our puppy! We had to cut it short a night but due to family things I had to get back home. We got some dirt on a white blanket & especially due to it being white, I threw it in the washer. After, we twisted & squeezed it out outside then put it in the dryer. We shortly realized the dryer had no heat. I had to run so I hung it across the dining chairs to dry with a fan pointed on them. I messaged & told him after calling the number he asked me to. I got no answer until a few hrs later which was fine because he was trying his best to be accommodating & apologetic. He mentioned getting the dryer fixed/ replacing for future guests! IF you bring a dog, the house has a fence around it. If it is a small dog like ours (approx. 13#) be prepared to keep them completely supervised outside or on a teather as the drive gate & walk through gate has gaps mine could squeeze through if she tried. I put the rolling trash can in front of the drivegate. It worked!

I loved this little tiny house! It was cozy and peaceful. Close enough to run to town if you need something! If I ever come back I will stay here again.
