Great apartment for outdoor agents newly renovated

We offer a furnished convenient 1-bedroom apartment for 1-2 people south of the Thuringian Forest. Our apartment is very comfortable and also has underfloor heating and Wi-Fi. The room is suitable for relaxing, sleeping and working. It has a cozy couch for up to 2 people. The kitchen has a rustic flair with a small table and two chairs. To the bathroom belongs a new shower, sink and a toilet. In the summer-time you can also use the terrace to enjoy the sun just outside of the apartement. In summer, you can explore countless trails in the Thuringian Forest. Unwind and enjoy in surrounding traditional pubs with traditional Thuringian and Franconian cuisine. In winter, there are many cross-country ski and skating trails. You can practice your winter sports actively or just take a relaxing walk in fresh and crispy winter air. For Cross-country skiers there is a variety of difficulties available, from simple to challenging trails. For skiers and snowboarders nearby slopes also rank from simple to challenging. At ski arena Silbersattel in Steinach, only 15 minutes drive from us, you can get the kick out of winter sports, even if you are just beginner. The area further offers the residence of Coburg (Bavaria), the Upper Main-Therme Bad Staffelstein (Bavaria) and the Meiningen Theater which are all worth a visit. Since we live next door to the apartment and are very familiar with the area, we also give you information about outdoor activities and other attractions in the area. The chalet, newly built in 2022 from wood with approx. 100 sqm of living space on 2 levels (first floor & attic), founded on the sandstone foundation of a former farmhouse with adjoining barn, 3 parking spaces and an approx. 70 sqm wrap-around terrace, is second to none. An unobstructed view of nature at the upper edge of the village of Gersfeld OT Sandberg on a south slope at about 600 m above sea level invites you to linger. Whether spring, summer, fall or winter, it can accommodate up to 8 discerning guests.

Apartment in the middle of the old town

My apartment is about 35 square meters in the middle of the old town on the first floor in a backyard, so usually very quiet in the evening. Close to art and culture ,restaurants, and shopping. We are in the pedestrian zone, therefore there is no parking directly at the house, but the parking garage at the cathedral square is only about 300 meters away on foot. Please understand that smoking is prohibited in the apartment, in the backyard there is a kl garden where you can enjoy that in the fresh air

Our Rhöner country house is located directly in the Rhön am Feldberg biosphere reserve, in the immediate vicinity of the Rotes Moor on charming hiking and mountain bike trails. This feeling of peace and relaxation in nature is reflected in our country house. The large terrace is particularly inviting. Holiday home Eden game room hiking Thuringian forest

The vacation home is quietly located, without through traffic, directly on the edge of the forest, with a nice hiking trail. In the area, there are cycling and excursions to sights (e.g. Gold Museum, Rauenstein Castle Ruins, and much more). For children there are great highlights here: In the vacation home itself a huge playroom, in Sonneberg the Exotarium, toy museum, toboggan runs, ski slopes and much more... Also suitable for ski fans! There are great slopes in the area.

The perfect break for 2 or 3 people also with a dog: Our wellness bungalow "Auszeit" with a large garden, in the middle of the Thuringian Forest, between Suhl and Zella Mehlis, very quiet and away. The highlight here is the outdoor sauna, which can be heated with wood in all seasons. Wood is included as well as bathrobes. There is also a gas grill available outside. Pets are welcome. After only 1.5 km, you will find yourself directly on the Rennsteig and you can explore the hiking and skiing trails to your heart's content. You can also spend time on the ski slope, right next to our apartment.
