We really enjoyed our stay at Milan's place. He and his wife really did a great job on the accommodation, it was roomy, clean and felt like coming home. The garden is also very nice, and has a spot for the guests to sit. Milan was very friendly, responsive and helpful, with good local tips. Overall highly recommended place to stay.

We had a great stay at Staniszowska Przystań. The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We did a lot of hikes, visited nearby castles and palaces, and ate at the restaurants the owners recommended. Everything was great and the food was delicious. We will definitely stay there again.

Super cute and modern house, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Really cosy as well with the log burner, despite the snow outside. Just what I needed as a base for a couple of days of hiking in the nearby hills and woods. Beautiful scenery! I was a little worried about managing without a car but Artur was super kind and offered to drive me if needed. In the end I stocked up on food before arriving and was able to access two days of hiking on foot from the house. Artur is a lovely guy and thoughtful host. All the basics are there - cooking ingredients, toilet paper, shower gel, soap, laundry powder, dishwasher tablets. I’d stay again for sure!

There were 7 of us in the accommodation for a few days to hike and relax there. The house is great! As a smart home, you can control a lot with the tablet - but as is the case with technology, it doesn't always work smoothly. Beds are comfortable, showers are large, sauna and whirlpool are also suitable for relaxing. In the large garden, you can also relax and/or play games. The only criticism is that the pans should be replaced, as the coatings have already been used quite a bit. Thanks for the great stay.

An amazing location. Beautiful house. Very well maintained surroundings. The drive up to the house is well paved and easy to get to. Check-in was easy. Magda dropped by to welcome us and have us some tips. The house was spotless clean. There are a few hiking trails. But the view from the living room window is just amazing. Can sit there all day and just take in the sights. Highly recommend the place.

We had a lovely stay! The place is new, clean, and just the right size for two people. The view is beautiful, and the location is peaceful and close to the mountains. The jacuzzi was a highlight and made our stay even more enjoyable. A couple of small suggestions that could make the experience even better: it would be great to have a lighter included if you’re offering a fire-starting package, as well as a few basics like kitchen paper and microwave gloves for convenience. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment is new and beautiful. Everything is clean and well-equipped. Very close to the trails. I highly recommend it and would love to go back :)

I had a fantastic stay! The location was very easy to find, with free parking available. It’s conveniently close to the city, yet the surroundings are peaceful, quiet, and offer great privacy. The apartment itself was spacious and provided a very comfortable stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the lovely outdoor area with a table and chairs under a marquee—perfect for relaxing. Marcin and Halina were wonderful hosts—friendly, helpful, and always easy to reach. Fantastic apartment in which nothing is missing. Heerlijk rustig. Uitgebreide info over wat er in de omgeving is te doen. Biedronka supermarket is 500 m away. In 10 minutes you can walk to a beautiful and large park. Good restaurants within walking distance, 10 min walk, recommended Bohemia (also has a restaurant in the park). If you are not satisfied with this apartment, you will not be satisfied anywhere. A fantastic apartment where nothing is missing. Wonderfully quiet. We went on holidays to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and all those housekeeping and shopping responsibilities that usually accompany the festive festivities. Beautiful neighborhood, lovely place to relax, great and hospitable people. Home-cooked food nearby.. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back. "Chybotek" didn't give up to us, but it was an interesting experience. Thank you 😊

We are already here for the 2nd time and the 3rd time is already booked - that alone should say enough! ;-) Because like last time we were not disappointed and it was all wonderful - we had an incredibly relaxing week in the apartment and were happy to sit on the bench in the sun in front of the house in the best weather! Nice place as a starting point for active holidays. We stayed with a family with 3 children and were very happy with the accommodation. The kids enjoyed the areas inside and outside. Adršpach, trutnov, pec pod snezkou just a stone's throw away. Despite not having met Joseph in person, he was friendly and reactive. Recommended

Beautiful and well-kept apartment with an eye for details: from ear sticks and tea bags to small touches. Highly recommended to go on vacation there for a week.
