The accomodation is centraly located near to the Town Hall, very close to the High Street with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Book a minimun of 3 night to receive a basket of snacks. Book 7 night or more to receive a breakfast pack and a bowl of fresh fruits.

The quiet village of Bonchester bridge located 2 miles away has a lovely village pub offering delicious home made food and a beer garden. Local towns of Jedburgh & Hawick are 15mins away. Both have supermarkets, butchers etc... Lots of activities of families locally - just ask for details on booking.

Amazing lodge, there was a slight problem with damp firewood (no fault to the hosts) however the host Byron was quick and helpful with resolving the issue, lovely atmosphere and location, the alpacas were an extra bit of entertainment watching them frolic about the field opposite. Had a great time, felt very warm and homely. The hot tub was so relaxing and the fire pit was very cosy to cook on and sit around. Couldn’t really fault this place. Me and my partner will definitely be back! I highly recommend

We loved every minute of our long weekend. The place was spotless and there was everything you could possibly need in the caravan. We enjoyed a bbq in the decking, it was so peacefully but also shops are accessible just a short drive away. We will defiantly be back as it was the perfect peaceful weekend. We absolutely LOVED staying here. It was truly incredible! The host, James, is genuinely so kind and thoughtful. He always responded quickly and when we got in a pinch, he was proactive and super helpful. The loft is so beautiful - I wish I could live there. It is an easy walk to anything you want to do in the city. It’s close to everything and in a gorgeous part of town. If you’re coming to Edinburgh, you MUST stay here. It is truly breathtaking and exactly as promised online!!

Ella and Leo were so wonderful to work with — very kind, so responsive, and we'd absolutely stay again. Their place was spotless and so comfortable and stylish! From the secure building right in the heart of town, to the very thoughtfully decorated and accommodating unit, we were right at home. After a day of driving, it was a serene place to come home to for the night. We walked around the city, then enjoyed a glass of wine on the couch, with the window open and enjoying how serene and relaxed we were. In the early morning, I cracked the bedroom window and enjoyed the birds singing as the sun came up. It was just such a perfect, comfortable, beautiful spot. We would love to come back! Thanks again, Ella and Leo! ♥

We stayed at this amazing static caravan in Hawick for The Royal Highland Show and it was perfect! There were four of us and the space was spotless, cozy, and really well-equipped—ideal for unwinding after busy days. The peaceful countryside setting was stunning, and still within easy reach of Edinburgh. Angie was fantastic—super friendly and incredibly responsive, answering any questions quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, the living area was great for hanging out, and everything felt really homely. Would 100% stay again!
