Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Rubenow

We had a wonderful vacation in Bernd's Kielhus. We felt completely comfortable. The house offers everything you need to have a relaxing time. The apartment extends over 3 floors, with the bedrooms on the upper floors. It is very spacious, comfortably furnished and fabulously complemented by Kerstin's art objects. The terrace is fantastic as you can watch the breathtaking sunsets from there. Nearby are restaurants within walking distance overlooking the Achterwasser. By bike, you can reach the beach of Kölpinsee in 10 minutes and otherwise the island can be explored very comfortably by bike and train. For larger purchases, we think you need a car, as the nearest supermarket and good bakeries are about 4 km away. Communication with Bernd and Kerstin went smoothly and was very warm. We will be back!!!

Susann's accommodation is really great. We immediately felt very comfortable and at home. Everything was very clean, really lovingly and very tastefully furnished. From there, you can easily and quickly reach many sights, cities and beaches by car. Very quiet location with a view of the water and a beautiful well-kept garden. I highly recommend it! We were 9 people and had two nights in Alexandra's beautiful house. Everything we needed was available. We were particularly pleased with the modern equipped kitchen, the possibility to visit the sauna. In the evening, we sat by the open campfire and talked. Was nice and romantic. Alexandra as a host was great: she responded quickly to our questions, gave advice on what to see and experience in the region, what shopping opportunities there are in the area. We were very satisfied with the stay at Alexandra's house and would also recommend it.

Super cozy house in a great location. There is everything you need and you have a small piece of nature right in front of the window. You can quickly reach the beach on foot and Usedom by car. We and our children enjoyed the time very much. Thank you :)

A really great accommodation for groups of up to 10 people. The facility left nothing to be desired. Ideal for groups who want to explore the surrounding area by bike! Stralsund, Greifswald and Rügen are ideal day trip destinations. The contact with our landlord was very pleasant. We will definitely recommend this address and will be happy to come back!!

The house was large and offered enough space for 6 people. The kitchen was well equipped, all appliances worked perfectly and everything was clean. The way to the beach is very short and it is very quiet. Perfect for relaxing! We'd love to come back.

We were very happy with the place. This was nicely furnished, well equipped and very clean. The kitchen left nothing to be desired. There were also a lot of games and toys for children. Tomasz was very hospitable and responded quickly. The property is very quiet. You need a car to explore the surrounding area.

We were on site with 6 adults with 2 children. It is a beautiful house, loving details, very thoughtful and everything there. We loved it and would have given more *stars*. Highly recommended!!!!!

Beautiful room with kitchen, large enclosed terrace and open balcony with views of the Baltic Sea. A very nice location in the old town of Sassnitz. As the day rises very early in summer, a curtain falling down to the bottom in the kitchen corner would be a good idea. The room smelled a little like tobacco when we came home every day. I think it was the neighbors who did not respect the smoking ban. After aeration, it was better. Another refreshing idea would be to change the carpet. But all this did not hinder the great pleasure of spending a few days at Villa Maria!

Very nice, clean and well furnished apartment in a quiet location. A parking space is available on the premises. In the kitchen it has everything for cooking. The equipment of the apartment is really top. The hostess is very friendly and helpful and everything worked out wonderfully. We would come back. Thank you for a great stay.

We spent a very relaxing and slow week in the pretty little apartment and were able to explore the wonderful surroundings extensively. We felt comfortable from the beginning in the lovingly furnished apartment, especially nice was the sunny location and the small terrace to also be able to eat outside. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation at the harbor. The view of the small harbor, combined with the singing of the birds, is outstanding. Ms. Zeug, who manages the check-in and cleans the apartments, is particularly friendly. It was particularly great that she asked the caretaker to shorten the hedge on our terrace (for the view), which he did without further ado - that was unbelievable. The kitchen is excellently equipped, we didn't miss anything. We fully recommend the place.

Fantastic place to unwind - we'll be back! We had a wonderful time in this cozy apartment right on the water! The private beach access with the beach chairs was a real highlight - pure relaxation. The apartment is lovingly furnished, you have to orient yourself a bit because of the ceiling height, but after a day or two you know exactly where to watch out. The kitchen was super equipped, we lacked nothing. The contact with the hosts was warm and uncomplicated – you always had the feeling of being in good hands. The Lauterbach harbor with small restaurants is within walking distance, and those who like to walk can also relax and walk to Putbus. The parking facilities directly at the property are great. We liked it so much that we immediately asked for next year - that says it all 😊

Beautiful, quiet, private-feeling corner house. Everything is present, of good quality. Due to a short circuit, we were in trouble for a while, but Sandra reacted immediately and solved the problem. Lovely garden to sit in. On the right, the dachas of the locals with rich gardens. Many singing diverse birds! On the left, the modern villas. Old meets new. Sleep well!

Very nice and very clean apartment that offers everything you need. There was nothing missing. The communication with Ania and Sebastian was also very good, informative and hassle-free. They have a lot of helpful tips for excursions, restaurants and much more. Thank you for everything.

A great, relaxing stay, the apartment perfectly and tastefully furnished, Michael always quickly reachable. The apartment is super centrally located to the train station, city center, supermarket. The only slight limitation for us was the mattress, a bit too soft for us, but the bed linen was light and cuddly, especially in summer. Overall a top address, highly recommended!

We had a very nice week for two in the apartment 3, located directly on the dyke to the Bodden behind. The dyke can be reached on foot in a few minutes' walk to the village of Zingst. The apartment is very cozy, clean and corresponds to the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and you can park directly on the property in a carport. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and will definitely be back.

The apartment, the furnishings, the cleanliness, the surroundings, the good accessibility, only a short distance to the harbor, to the Edeka shopping directly around the corner and enough good restaurants nearby = simply everything great. Super!!!!!

It was the most beautiful holiday we've ever had in Germany. Great place to stay, with a lot of love for detail. Super beautifully landscaped garden that was allowed to be used. Wonderful peaceful nature and attractions in the surrounding area. The two live in the house, but were hard to hear. It was definitely not the last visit there. Worth mentioning are also the great recommendations that lie in the accommodation.
