great hidden place, only downside is when we went it was fairly newly either built or remodeled so there was dust in the home, also it was cold with no heating/cooling, we went in January, I assume it will be a warm home during summer. we encountered no hot water in the shower but the host was able to provide a reasonable alternative on where to shower. overall I would stay again if these things were addressed.

Muy conforme con la estancia. La ubicación es buena. Tiene buenos muebles y cama muy cómoda. Entra mucha luz natural y la cocina tiene todos los utensilios en caso de que desees cocinar. El auto puede quedarse seguro dentro de la propiedad a portón cerrado. Sin duda regreso.

Room #2 at Rancho Meling @ San Pedro Martir

We visited Rancho Meling with a group of folks excited to see the beautiful surroundings and wildlife of Sierra de San Pedro Mártír. Rancho Meling boasts incredible habitat and conservation efforts for the California red-legged frog (Rana draytonii). The service staff were incredible and always happy to help. There was a kitchen where you can buy food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and portions were generous.

Un maravilloso lugar la mejor forma de disfrutar de la naturaleza, muchas gracias a todo el equipo del rancho son muy amables y siempre están pendientes para atender y resolver cualquier inconveniente, son un gran equipo. Un lugar muy recomendable es lo mejor para relajarse y convivir. Y algo excepcional hay agua caliente para bañarse eso es muy bueno en un clima tan frío. Un reconocimiento especial ya que en medio de la nada hacen hasta lo imposible por que la estancia sea confortable, gracias a todos.

Tani’s house provides very comfortable accommodation at a great price. We rented the downstairs portion which included a kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a huge, soft, comfortable bed with a cute “under the stairs” bed that would be great for a kid. There’s abundant hot water and a heater was provided which was more than sufficient. The kitchen would be easy to prepare food in, if you’re so inclined. There’s a safe, private parking area inside the gated property. Tani is an extremely communicative and helpful hostess, I recommend her home without reservation!

I planned this trip to celebrate a Belated Valentine’s Day. We had a good time disconnecting from reality. Everyone at the ranch was very friendly and attentive. La señora Que Cocina muy amable. Se nos acabo el disel para la fogata 🔥 y rápido nos trajieron mas. La comida está rica. Mi hija de 5 años se la paso jugando en el brincolin, la casa de árbol, la resbaladilla. Tiene gallinas y otros animalitos. La verdad no la pasamos agusto, la cabaña que yo agarre no tiene internet que está bien. Definitivamente regresaré :) El host simpre estuvo atente a cualquier duda que tenía y responde en un tiempo apropiado. Muchas gracias Rancho Meling.
