Apartment holiday rentals in Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew

The luxury about this place is that there are very few airbnb's in the area. Needing to be near family, we had to book a location nearby and this place offered exactly what we needed. The location is clean, well thought-out. The local "wildlife" could be seen in the communal garden, mostly cats thinking they were tigers in the savannah as well as large well-fed squirrels. Special note towards the amenities - pleasant to find essential amenities "just in case". A Tesco express is right across the street as well. Our hosts were very gracious and accommodating (we were allowed to check out later as our plane was leaving very late).

Clean, modern and comfortable apartment near the underground and overground lines.

Boris's stay is great! The room was well equipped. The surroundings were good and most amenities are easily accessible. My husband and I could easily walk to the parks and local spots nearby. we enjoyed the walk around the river and in the Raven's court park especially. The air bnb is located at a good distance from the Hammersmith station making it easier for us to travel to the other parts of london. All in all a great experience.

We stayed here as it was conveniently located for a seminar we were attending. The area was incredibly safe and beautiful, located along the Thames. It was about a 30-minute walk through the park to Richmond. There is some airplane noise but was remediated with ear plugs. Miranda is a very responsive host and was able to accommodate us with our specific check in needs.

We loved the place and its design. It was spotlessly clean with most amenities in place. The host was responsive and all queries were answered. It was well-connected and extremely to the rail services which made for easy commute, back and forth. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay slightly away from the hustle-bustle of London! Once again, a huge thank you to Sarah for being a wonderful host!

Great place, very comfortable, highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time at Sarah's place. We were visiting London to visit the theatres. Sarah's place was ideal for this. The Elizabeth Line train station was very conveniently situated a few minutes walk away and gave easy access to central London. The coach house was beautiful and it was private and peaceful and it a lovely leafy green area. We were impressed with the comfort and tasteful decoration. The accommodation was very well equipped and furnished with everything we needed. We would stay at the coachouse again when we visit London.

The apartment is clean and cosy, with everything one would need. Location is about 15 min walking to either the Elizabeth line or the Central and District lines. There’s a bus stop about 5 min that will take you to Ealing Broadway where you can take either line. The area is peacefull and quiet in the evening. The entrance door into the building is being slammed every time someone’s going in and out, which can be annoying. The toilet makes a noise from time to time, but if you close the door you don’t hear it anymore. Bed is comfortable, so was the sofa. The area around Acton Town is quite busy and there’s something for everyone. We tried the Malaysian restaurant, Java Fusion. Highly recommend it. Our last experience in London was terrible, but this one made everything more enjoyable. Thank you!

The apartment was a perfect stay in one of my favorite locations. Apartment had amazing books to look at. Place was exactly like the photos. Had French press to make coffee in the morning. Buses and overground easy access to get around. Highly recommend. One thing of note is there’s no AC. which absolutely wasn’t a problem for us as the temperatures were really cool while we were there but something to keep in mind if you come during the summer. Cannot say enough good things about this apartment. It was a really great stay. Exactly what we were looking for.

Comfy place and responsive host. There is Alexa you can use in the place, with fun experience. It feels like home. The location is great, reachable and well connected to multiple sources of public transport which makes it easy to visit alot of places in London. Multiple supermarkets closeby and a (cheeky) nando’s and mcdonald very close by!

Our host was very friendly, good communication and very thoughtful. We were late in arriving and a very early check out which Fiona accommodated easily. Lots of good recommendations on hand. Felt like a home away from home. Nice touches with breakfast condiments. Thank you!! Vicki and Eoin

Your quick response from the beginning of the reservation, the great information you gave before the accommodation, and the extremely relevant approach to any need or help during our trip, which started with the accommodation, were very important. The apartment we stayed in was very tastefully furnished, all needs were considered, and even small special needs sets that you might forget were prepared... We have provided access to the apartment by 3 separate metro lines. 3 stops, walking distance to the house is around 15 minutes. The distances did not seem long as we walked through the quite pleasant streets. Streets, straight trees, wonderful houses, constant desire to take photos... We had a very pleasant 5-night stay. Internet TV, Netflix, what else... Beautiful Environment Good Energy Pleasant wine, beer, coffee breaks from the back balcony... We leave London with beautiful memories of Grace. Notting Hill Glow was exactly as described. On a busy street, but wooden bedroom doors filter almost all of the nighttime noise. Not having air conditioning was not an issue for us as daytime highs were under 80 degrees and nighttime was cooler, but I can imagine it could be uncomfortable if temperatures reached the 90s. We were able to walk to several great restaurants and pubs. Comfortable bed.

Great flat, short walk from Kilburn and Queens Park tube stations. Perfect for exploring London. Great selection of independent restaurants a short walk away. Wembley Park a few stops on the Jubilee line. Great communication from host.

We stayed at Roberta’s apartment for 4 weeks while we had some work done on our house and we had a lovely time from start to finish. Roberta was very welcoming and we had everything we needed for our stay. Richmond really is a beautiful town with some wonderful pubs and restaurants within a very short walking distance. We would personally recommend the Tap Tavern, the Marlborough and the Roebuck, all serving great food. Richmond town centre was less than 10 minutes walk and Richmond Park, where we spent many mornings watching the sun rise, less than 5 minutes. The apartment was very well equipped and quiet both during the day and evenings. If we ever need to stay in this area again we would very much hope we could stay at Roberta’s. Thank you again. Clean and aesthetic apartment in London. Well connected with underground and grocery shops few steps away. A great base for a short stay in London. Only downside is flight of stairs to reach the place. Hosts very responsive and welcoming.

Maria was very responsive when I had a question, and her place was as described. Very quiet, safe location, and very comfortable interior. Conveniently located to bus-stops and South Ealing Underground. The 65 bus will take you right to historic Richmond, for a nice day out. Highly recommend, and would certainly stay there again.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location with great restaurants and public transit walking distance from the place. Simon was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back.

This was my second visit to Carol-Anne's beautiful flat, and it definitely won't be the last. I love everything about it. Minutes from the Northern Line and with an abundance of little shops minutes down the road, I felt at home and could easily get anywhere in or out of London. Clean, beautifully decorated, and on a lovely quiet street. I couldn't have been happier and hated to leave.

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!

The apartment completely met our expectations. It was exactly as described in the listing. No unpleasant surprises. Very close to public transportation and very easy to access. Richard is very responsive, and his explanations and the information he provided us were clear and precise. I highly recommend this accommodation.
