Kew - light self contained room

We have a light, bright self contained room at the top of our terraced house. It has an en suite shower room plus light cooking facilities. It is located within easy reach of train station North Sheen or Kew Gardens tube. It is not far from the Records Office and Kew Gardens. Ideally we would prefer a longer let but happy to discuss. My husband and I plus our dog live in the bottom half of the house. We are none smokers and very friendly.

I had a pleasure to stay with Désirée for a few weeks and it was one of the best AirBnB experiences sofar. Désirée’s home is located in a quiet, leafy street allowing an access to two tubes and one train station. The property itself its as per description and matches the pictures - it's an unconventional, colourful, multicultural spacious home with a well maintained garden. However the most memorable thing will be your host- Desiree is a vibrant, warm and welcoming person making the experience truly unique. Désirée- thank you for looking after me and making me feel at home !

My stay was excellent. Ist time in Isleworth but many prior visits to Richmond on Thames. I really enjoyed this location which provided a very scenic walk along Thames Path into Richmond - about 20 mins walk. The place is easy to find and is that bit closer to Heathrow by taxi. There is also a convenient bus from Richmond Station (H37) with a stop very close to the airbnb. Lucy is very considerate and helpful. There is a beautiful sunny back garden with flowers and this is a great spot for coffee or a cup of tea. There are two pubs with food options within easy walking distance looking over the Thames with outdoor sitting and these seemed less crowded than the pubs in Richmond. All in all a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much! We had everything we needed in a peaceful, private and quiet location. We were close to Morrisons grocery and other shops and restaurants. We enjoyed fish and chips at Six Bells, and I bought several clothing items from theNaked Grain. The bus stop was just a four minute walk, so it was easy to get around. We even enjoyed seeing MI8 at the intimate and upscale Everyman Theatre (also a four minute walk). Next time we will bring some table tennis paddles and a ball to use the outdoor table located just a short walk away in Waterman’s Park. Chinedu’s place is a good home base for whatever you need to do and wherever you need to go in London.

Wanda and her family are very nice people, with a very nice house. I was in town to conduct research at the National Archives, which was a short 5 minute walk from the house. It is a 10 minute walk to the train station at Kew Gardens, and about 8 minutes to the nearest grocery store (M&S). The room is exactly as advertised, and a great value for the price. If I come back to Kew I will try to book this place again.

I had a great stay at Deborah’s place! It’s 10 min from the Thames river , beautiful nature and really quiet. Great public transportation close by. Deborah is super friendly - many thanks for the flexible check in and out times. The small appartment is so cozy and has everything you need. I would always come back to this place.
