Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spacious, lovely, and impeccably clean, making it a comfortable home base for our trip to London. The location was perfect, close to all the sights yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The host was incredibly flexible and worked with us to accommodate a special request, responding quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. Their attentiveness truly made our experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting London and would love to stay here again in the future!

Alex's home was a great spot for our first trip to the UK! The neighborhood was easy to navigate and felt safe. It was a very convient location to public transportation and very close to local markets that made our daily adventures a breeze. (If you want a traditional English afternoon tea walk over to Orange Peeko.)

The most lovely home for our 10 day stay. Had all we needed and more. Spacious for 5 adults. Location was perfect for exploring London or staying in. Beautful English garden and outdoor spaces to relax. Host is the best! Kitchen even stocked with delicious staples to make us at home right away. What a wonderful home Trissie and her family have created! She has such an eye for detail and her pride in the house shines through. We have had an amazing stay, we have not wanted for anything - even the dog was looked after! Nothing short of fabulous and we will be coming again if Trissie will have us!

Great place, highly recommend. I had expected something much smaller from the photos and price. Lots of space inside and out, private self contained property, very quiet and peaceful. Would have loved to stay for more nights and really make the most of the property. Many thanks

We spent 3 and a half weeks in this lovely apartment during our trip to London. The apartment was in an excellent and vibrant location with easy access to transportation to all areas of London. It was a good size and very private. The balcony was a treat-we were able to watch the VE Day flyover from there. A great range of food outlets were close by. Communication was excellent throughout with prompt replies to any queries. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a pleasant time in London.

Venetia’s flat is absolutely adorable! Quiet neighborhood in a great location, with super easy access to restaurants, shops, and of course buses and overground trains. All three bedrooms have very comfortable beds and nice linens, and the kitchen is fully outfitted. The sitting room is comfortable and light-filled, and the garden is quite lovely. The only downsides were the finicky Nespresso machine (could have been user error) and the lack of a clothes dryer (notwithstanding what the listing says). Venetia is super nice and very responsive. All in all I would definitely stay at Venetia’s flat again!

The apartment has a stunning view of the city, is close to many restaurants and is a short walk from the DLR (railway). In addition the host was very kind and responsive to my questions. I strongly recommend this apartment.

This was a great 2-week stay. The apartment has everything, including a desk where I could write, a real kitchen, and lots of plants. The back yard is private and charming. I slept well, wasn't bothered by neighbors, and got to know Hackney. Alice communicates promptly and thinks ahead.

This is a lovely and comfortable place to stay set in superb countryside. The gardens and facilities are great, and my son and I particularly enjoyed playing on the pool table. It’s definitely a place to revisit and we would recommend it 100 percent.

If you are visiting for an extended trip, Vivian’s place is a must stay! The privacy, extra space and laundry came in clutch. The streets was quiet after 11pm or so. The neighborhood was fantastic— close to two tube stops and so many delicious places to eat and drink. Our favorites — July, PaStation, and for a short tube ride to Dishoom Shoreditch!

Stayed here for the day to get some recordings. It was beautifully quiet and peaceful, highly recommend to anyone who wants to get away for a bit do some fishing, bbq and relax around a beautiful pond.

We had a fabulous time!! Ian and Saundra were wonderful hosts! Very friendly, forthcoming, generous and helpful. The cottage was everything we wanted and had everything we needed for our 2-night stay. There is a great pub a 1-minute walk away and the cute village of Shere is just a 15-min walk away. We will definitely be back!

Mike’s place is one of the most memorable Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Tucked away behind a mansion and opposite a tennis court, the cabin is peaceful, cosy, and great value for money. It was warm, comfortable, and perfect for a quiet getaway. Finding it was a little tricky at first, so I’d recommend messaging Mike for the street number—it’ll make things much easier! Christine was a very helpful host! My accountant had travelled from New Zealand and was really welcomed as she arrived. Extremely grateful to her hospitality! The house ‘cabin’ was perfect!! Self contained, views from all windows and very peaceful …. Thank you so much !

We had a lovely time at nick’s place, walkable to the East Putney + Putney stations. The room was comfortable for a short stay and nick + his cats were friendly and welcoming to us 🐈🐈‍⬛🐈.Hope to stay here again ☺️

Great spot for a short getaway, not far from London or Guildford, yet feels incredibly secluded and like you are far further afield than you are. The site was comfortable and the features like the sauna and outdoor were a real treat. Frank was always keen to help, assisting with our bags and catering for extra demands like a late check-out. Look forward to returning in the future.

I had such a lovely nights stop over. Waking to the view and sounds of the lake in the morning was just amazing and had a lovely breakfast in the cafe. Lovely hosts! Really well equipped for such a compact space. Thanks again, would love to return one day.

The place was super easy to find and easy to access. I recommend making sure to watch the welcome video before arrival so you know where everything is 😌 The accommodation itself was very cozy, comfortable, calm and clean! it was wonderful to get back to such a peaceful place to wind down after an exciting night at a concert. Very easy to get to from the O2. We only got to meet Shan but she was so lovely and helpful, and super keen to help us with anything we needed! And of course, their wonderful cat Maomi who we got to give treats to, which he was very polite and gentle about taking from us 🥹 would definitely stay here again!!
