Ferns place was exactly as described, extremely homely and comfortable. The location was perfect. With bus and train station very close by it met all our needs. We loved our stay at Pablo’s place. Lots of space for the family to relax and recharge for sightseeing! Pablo was a fantastic host.

Annabelle's property was lovely. It was just as described plus more. The beds were extremely comfortable, her communication was amazing, the guide to check-in included instructions on how to use all the appliances/heater etc. The ditch was well stocked with cooking supplies, beginning coffee, trash bags and more. The street/alley is adorable and leads to a bakery(amazing sourdough pizza), a couple of restaurants, fishmonger, wine shop and more. Thank you for being an amazing hostess.

We enjoyed our stay so much! This place is in a wonderful neighborhood - close to everything, but on a quiet charming street. The house is beautiful - clean and organized, with everything you need and no clutter. We appreciated large empty drawers and closets to put away our things, and very clear instructions about how to work everything. The clothes washer/dryer, tea kettle, large TV, and AC unit were nice extra amenities. Danielle was very responsive and helpful. The home is cozy, but with plenty of space for a family of 4. We would definitely book this again next time we are in London and recommend it highly to others!

We had a great stay over and Sam was an excellent host in our stopover in London over New Years’. He was extremely responsive before and during our stay; proactive in letting us know about little quirks with the home - it is over 250 year’s old, but has many charming and modern amenities to make it work. The kitchen was well set up and he left us with a few very thoughtful provisions to get through the New Years. The neighborhood really can’t be beat for activity while staying out of the bustle of the heart of London; many great restaurants, shops (if you have kids, I recommend Flying Tiger throughout Europe for fun stuff - one is an 8 minute walk away), and groceries. Transportation is right outside the door. Sam’s home made an excellent home base for our stay in London, much better than staying in a hotel.

Erika was a great host. Always responsive and friendly. The home was clean and well organised, the entry via key code was simple and straightforward and Erika was very accommodating with regard to check-in time.

Communication facile et arrangeante de la part de Stephen (on a pu entrer avant l’heure dans le logement et laisser nos valises dans le couloir au delà de l’heure de départ). Appartement très pratique par rapport à la répartition de l’espace. Cuisine bien amenagée. Terrasse sympa et confortable. Propreté impeccable. Logement idéalement situé tout près du métro Earl’s Court. Plein de magasins d’alimentation et de restaurants dans les alentours.

Tara has a lovely four story Victorian house; we stayed in the top three stories. The kitchen is well-equipped and the eating area is spacious. I stayed in a queen bed on the second floor and Park stayed in a king bed on the third floor. The second and third floors have lovely bathrooms, and a washer and dryer are in the second floor bathroom. The beds and linens were comfortable. The decor of the house is very modern. The only problem we had was with the very high tech front door lock, which operates from your cell phone’s Bluetooth and the lock’s app. At one point, I was locked into the house and my husband was locked out. I contacted our co-host Romain, and he walked me through taking the lock apart and explaining how we could lock and unlock the door. He was quick to respond and very helpful and pleasant. One comment: the stairways are narrow and curved at the top, just as all Victorian homes have. The area is peaceful and quiet; the view of the back garden is lovely.

Anreisemanagement sehr professionell per online Leitfaden. Genügend Platz für 8, alles war da, auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel super nah zur Clapham Junction Station, vor Ort haben wir keine Lokale besucht, sind meist in die Innenstadt, die typischen Ziele ca 30-40min je nach dem z.B. über Waterloo erreichbar. Oder per Bus auch easy günstig. Unsere Hunde, einer etwas größer, kamen gut klar, nur die Treppe mit dem glatten Holz war etwas herausfordernd für den großen Hund, aber machbar. Insgesamt verbrachten wir eine gute Zeit in der Wohnung, auch mit geselligem Spieleabend und morgendlichen Frühstücken und Platz für alle und alles.

Overall great place and would stay here again and recommend it to others. Flat was excellent fit for 3 couples. Our hostess was prompt and responded to any questions we had. Loved the outdoor patio on top floor. Great way to wind down at the end of the day. Roomy main floor space to hang out. Great kitchen a setup. Nice and clean. This is a great location. Nice and close to underground, grocery store and places to eat.

This was the most perfect place to stay for our London visit and NFL game! The apartment is a beautiful and comfortable home in an area that is so very charming and walkable. Being so close to Paddington Station was such a plus for getting around London and an easy ride to Heathrow and Wembley. The home had such comfortable beds, seating areas and a kitchen with every amenity. I also loved the sofas, dining room and mid century decor. It was an oasis after long days of touring. We enjoyed the recommendations for dinner (the boat restaurant and a nearby favorite pub). The hosts are amazing! So responsive and generous! It was a wonderful stay, hopefully to be repeated!

Our stay at Justin’s house was absolutely wonderful! The home was extremely comfortable for our group of 10, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location was quite convenient, with bus and overground stations nearby, making it easy to explore the city. We were also delighted to find a great selection of halal food options nearby, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this property and will definitely *stay again* the next time we visit London. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

La maison de Nadia est encore mieux que sur les photos .Un endroit cosy et très bien équipé surtout dans la cuisine . J’ai pu tranquillement préparer les repas de Noël pour notre famille. Les lits sont très moelleux. Nadia est une hôte très sympathique et réactive à nos moindres questions. Le petit jardin est un vrai plus. Chose très appréciée : Nadia s’est occupée des démarches pour pouvoir stationner la voiture devant la maison ou presque . Le quartier est très calme. Merci Et belle fin d’année

The five of us (3 adults + 2 kids) stayed at Ana's place for a week long vacation. It was excellent and we'd definitely stay there again. The home has lots of charm and is a 10 minute walk from the tube --- it takes 15-30 minutes on the tube to reach most major tourist destinations. There are some very good local dining options --- highly recommend the scones and coffee at Gail's and dinner at The Whippet Inn. Ana was very responsive to any questions we had.

We were a family of 5 grown adults and the space suited us perfectly. We liked how it had air conditioning (only needed it two days) and how it was very close to the tube station (less than 5 min walk). Also, close to an area with local pubs, coffee shops and grocery stores. All in all couldn’t have asked for a better location or space.

The host is a very sweet and considerate lady! We’ll sure come back one day! Thank you and we appreciate your kindness! God bless you!

This was fantastic. My mother, toddler and I all stayed here and the place was lovely, quiet, felt very "lived-in" so it was comfortable and not like a show-home or something where you feel you can't touch any of the surfaces. Definitely a home-from-home. Richard was responsive and caring and honestly, it couldn't have been better. An easy walk to restaurants/ groceries and right next to a park and historic home with gardens. Perfect.

Kerim's and Luka's home is lovely and peaceful. Although in the middle of the city one has the feeling of being in a country house. On all three levels the view from the big windows is onto a quiet, romantic square which consists of beautiful, old trees. It's wonderful waking up to the sound of singing birds, then opening the shades and staring into the deep green of tree tops. Kerim is very particular about how you open and close the windows as well as the entrance door. Have no fear, it is quite simple and there is nothing unique about them. Kerim is particular because he loves his home and wants to make sure things are done the way he does them. So please take extra care. The kitchen is well equipt if you desire to prepare your own meals. Just a stone's throw away are restaurants, a pharmacy, bakeries, a supermarket, a wonderful flower shop with beautiful arrangements, which I could not resist :-) and other interesting little shops. What a wonderful area. Walking distance to Arnos Grove tube station. The house was absolutely spotless and I have to give loads of praise to Elena. There was a burst pipe in the area and Thames water shut down the water in the whole neighbourhood. Elena immediately provided us with water and was extremely proactive. Evertime I messaged her she responded almost immediately. I can see why she is a SuperHost. Thank you so much Elena for hosting us. You have a beautiful place. This will be the only place we will stay when in London. 10/10
