Family-friendly holiday rentals in Roy

Hands down the absolute best house for our needs and the greatest hosts! Amy and Greg were extremely responsive and so accommodating. The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured. It was awesome to have a couple different gathering places when some wanted to watch basketball and others preferred something else. Clean, comfortable, a remarkably well-stocked kitchen with an absolutely breathtaking view. What more could we possibly hope for?

Everything was wonderful, we would stay there again! Everything was clean and well stocked the beds were very comfortable! We had trouble finding the hot tub that was steps away. It was kind of hidden between three buildings and we had to hike a little to get up there or drive up and park. The other pool and hot tub we drove to and it was great. I had trouble with the listing as they didn't show the third bedroom but showed four pictures of the second bedroom. I was confused and thought the master bedroom was on the main floor because it had a patio. Turned out it was downstairs with a walkout. We had an amputee with us so a main floor master would've been great, but she did OK with the stairs. We all had a great weekend!

We had a fantastic stay! As we arrived, we saw deer right outside the windows, which set the tone for how beautiful and peaceful the area is. The condo was spotless and decorated in a charming rustic style that perfectly matched the ski resort vibe. The town nearby was absolutely adorable, and we loved being surrounded by wildlife. The sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly for our bachelorette group before a wedding, and it would be just as great for families or a group of friends. We’d love to come back! Highly recommend this place.

Great stay at this apartment in Eden. It was very convenient to the ski slopes, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. The host was very helpful and extremely responsive!

Staying at Jason’s place was an absolute pleasure. He has a gift for making people feel truly welcome — warm, thoughtful, and effortlessly hospitable. From the moment we arrived, his home felt like a peaceful retreat, and his inviting nature set the tone for a comfortable, relaxing stay. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the experience of his guests, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the kindness he showed us.

This was our second time staying at Dennis and Sam's Townhouse. We chose their place again for the very reasonable cost, cleanliness, and the added bonus of the Hot Tub. We will highly recommend their place again.

Excellent stay! My colleagues and I stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The space was cozy, warm, and spotless, perfect for relaxing after long days. We especially loved the hot tub! The layout of the space was great for a small group, with plenty of comfortable seating and a well-stocked kitchen that made it easy to cook meals together. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Daniel was an exceptional host!! He was incredibly responsive, friendly and accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in, which made our arrival so much smoother. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful home in a serene little enclave! Made for a great retreat during a hectic dance competition for our daughter. Convenient to everything.

This was our 6th stay here, the hosts are amazing, great communicators and everything in the place is well done. The space is great and the location is very good with easy proximity to downtown and the U. We would obviously come back again!

We had an amazing stay! The place looked exactly like the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The view and the surroundings were absolutely stunning, perfect for a relaxing getaway. It had everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen, hot tub, four comfortable bedrooms, laundry facilities, and even a huge selection of board games that kept us entertained in the evenings. The instructions for check-in and house rules were clear and easy to follow, and the host was super responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

Sam was a very responsive host. The house was great for our group especially the layout. The pack-n-play was helpful to have with a baby. I have no complaints at all! Would stay here again for another trip!

The home was lovely and stocked with everything we needed. The backyard is a beautiful benefit and we held a family Father’s Day BBQ with 25 guests. The host even manned the grill for us. It is a perfect place to have a get together with a large family. There were extra tables and chairs for us to use as well as the regular patio table and chairs and extra seating. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and highly recommend give this place a try.

This was a great place to stay and affordable! Very nice, spacious, peaceful. We really enjoyed the covered, closed in porch that the kids got to play on, even in the rain! We appreciated the extra roll away twin beds. Definitely would stay at this airbnb again!

the condo was perfect for us! clean and felt like home! lisa sends instructions on how to get to the place and everything else you would need to do and it was so helpful!

Marlea was super responsive. Her place was in an absolutely perfect location for the purpose of my stay and was a great value. I’d absolutely try to book her place again next time I’m in SLC.

Absolutely great! We used this place for our honeymoon and we loved it! We had a few others on our trip and wished we would have booked this one out all week. Planning on coming back.

Jeff's condo was very comfortable with everything we needed. It was convenient to have beach towels provided. we enjoyed the back patio and the little deck with table and chairs off the living room.

A great place for a weekend trip. The house was clean and stocked with everything we would need (except food of course.) the mini golf right out the front door was not only a huge hit for the kids, but for the adults as well. The pool being in close walking distance is an added bonus. Neighbors were so friendly. We will definitely be booking again.

attended a wedding at arbor Lodge and this literally looked out at the venue. it was perfect. and Feed was excellent at communicating.

As a group who travels multiple times a year for ski trips across the west and Midwest region, I can confidently say that we unanimously agreed on Brian being one of the absolute best, and most accommodating Airbnb hosts we’ve had yet! Brian went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing , including some last minute changes to our plans which he was more than happy to (and very generously) assist with! The home was clean, spacious, modern, and in an amazing location. Brian was clear, communicative, and readily available to assist at any moment during our stay. 10/10 would recommend, and absolutely will be looking to stay here again!
