Sandra was an excellent & really nice! She provides lots of snacks, which is an extra perk! She works night shifts so we barely crossed paths when we were at the rental. Plenty of towels to enjoy the hot springs too.

Great townhouse with good shuttle service to and from the mountain. Well appointed unit with good sleeping arrangements. Nice to have lots of bathrooms!

The ski bus stop is right across the street, which made it super convenient! The space was well laid out so that everyone in our group could be comfortable. A great spot for a ski trip!

We had a wonderful time here; the facilities were perfect and the view of Mt Werner is magnificent. The kitchen is ideal for anyone that likes to cook, and the sauna was an added bonus.

The house was perfect for our stay. The property is situated very close to the ski resort (4 minute drive) and is situated right next to a bus stop for a free bus that can take you to and from the resort every day. We used the communal hot tub(s) after skiing each day and really appreciated the warm changing rooms. There is only one parking spot available at the house but there was plenty of alternate guest parking available just down from the house on either side that it was never an issue for our second car.

5/5 stay Our Airbnb stay in Steamboat was everything we expected. Great location, extremely clean, prompt responses from the host, and the provided shuttle was so worth it. Location: About a 7 min drive from the ski resort, 5 min drive to grocery stores, and restaurants. The provided transportation service was our favorite part of renting the house. We had a group of 6 so it was convenient to coordinate everyone. The shuttle service will also take you to restaurants, bars, etc during your stay. Host: Fast responses throughout our stay. We had a couple of issues come up with the house and they instantly sent someone over to get things fixed. Checkin was extremely straightforward and they provided us with a house manual to make everything seamless. The host was generous and let us checkin 2 hours early and checkout 30 min later than stated. House: The house was exactly as advertised. We had plenty of room for our group, kitchen was fully stocked, rooms well equipped and spacious.

We loved the location, just outside of the Main Street. It was very relaxing, and quaint.

Our stay at Lawrence’s condo was very nice-it was cozy, comfortable, quiet with nice view of a part of the ski area. Great fireplace that gave off nice heat not to mention the warm floors downstairs. We had everything we needed with a well furnished kitchen to comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Lawrence was very accommodating and responded quickly to my questions. We had a great time there!

Our group of 5 had a great stay here. The home was clean upon arrival. There was plenty of space for everyone and having 4 bathrooms was great. The kitchen was spacious and very well equipped for us to cook most meals there. We also used the gas grill. Having the attached garage to park indoors was an added bonus. The free shuttle to the ski hill was only 1 1/2 blocks away and easy to navigate. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We requested to drop off our bags early and they were extremely accommodating, even letting us check in early once the cleaning crew was finished. They sent a message after check in to make sure everything was good. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended this unit.

We spent 5 nights with our 3 adult children. A beautiful home with lots of space for everyone. The place was impeccably clean. And such a short walk to catch the shuttle to the slopes! Both the owners and the local contact were very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this property for a family or group. ❤️

Mikes place was well appointed and suited our large group well. Having a bus stop right outside the complex was a huge plus.

Townhouse was perfect for our ski trip to Steamboat. Location was great with easy access to the bus to get to the mountain or downtown. Townhouse was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. It was the perfect set up for our group of 4 adults and 5 kids. We were amazed at how quiet the space was for being a townhouse- we couldn't hear each other within the townhouse and definitely could not hear neighbors. We also loved the heated garage to store our gear and get ready in the to ski each morning. Would definitely recommend to other guests!!

Our group (4 adults, 3 kids) had an awesome stay here. The proximity to the gondola made getting to the slopes really easy, and the location across the street from hot tubs/pool/fitness center was stellar. We loved the comfortable space, having our own hot tub and grill, and the ease of cooking for ourselves in the well equipped kitchen. We hope to be back!

What a beautiful home for our family trip! Easily accommodated 8 of us, great living room, large dining room table, large bedrooms. Beautiful area to take a walk around - we even saw moose in the neighborhood! Easy drive to downtown or nearby hiking. We would stay here again!

We really enjoyed Bettina’s place. Location was perfect to walk to the base of steamboat. Very spacious for a family of 5, with 3 teenage boys. Well equipped kitchen … we made breakfast, lunch, and dinner in each day. Enjoyed the hot tub after a full day on the mountain. Communication was great. And again location location location was perfect!

Amazing place with lots of space (including parking spots) and privacy for our group (7 adults 1 toddler) to spread out over our 10 day stay! Fantastic location (right by drop-in childcare, short drive to town/ski!), super clean, and everything was provided (laundry supplies, cleaning supplies, coffee machine, cooking oils and spices, extra bedding, etc.). Great value!

We loved our stay in Steamboat. The home is amazing, spacious, peaceful with perfect views. Proximity to the mountain is ideal. We could hop on and off the free bus easily for a day of skiing right down the street from the home. We walked it many times too. We felt right at home, and a part of such an incredible mountain community thanks to Fergus’ restuarant reccos and other things to do. We took advantage of them, and our family of six had a special and memorable experience. Fergus is extremely responsive and helpful. The house literally has it all. We loved every minute of our stay!
