In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

La Lanterne is a bright and light-filled loft type cottage (50 m2) located in beautiful grounds of a large house on the banks of the Seine at Tournedos-sur-Seine (a quiet village four kms from Le Vaudreuil/Val-de-Reuil). The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Luxury decor. Peaceful and magical close-to-nature environment.

The Cottage with Animals

In the heart of Val au Cesne, we welcome you to our thatched cottage, a traditional Norman house, which extends over a park of 8000m2. 🌳 The cottage is adjacent to our house. 🏠 The advantages✨: Wooded ➡️park where our animals live and you can feed them directly by hand. Depending on the season, you can see the birth of chicks or lambs. Possible ➡️activities: Activity box for children, campfire, treasure hunt in the garden... ➡️ Personalized welcome.

This place is close to the RN 175, 5 km from the center of Bourg-Achard towards Pont-Audemer. It's a part of my house that's become too big. The entry is independent. Shower room and separate toilet on the ground floor, kitchenette on the ground floor. The bedroom is upstairs. A double bed 180*200, a pull-out bed 2* 90*190 and a baby bed. The housing is on RN175, 5 km from the center of Bourg Achard towards Pont-Audemer. It's the left part of our home.

The Hobby Studio

Charming studio for a couple, on the first floor, in a quiet environment, located next to a cottage for 8 people. You can visit the surrounding Normandy countryside, hike in the forests located less than 8 kilometers away. We are located 20 km from Pont-Audemer, 40 km from Rouen, 45 km from Honfleur and 4 km from Bourg-Achard where you will find all types of craft shops and supermarkets. Guests can enjoy an outdoor heated pool from May to September.

The Surf Spot

Very bright apartment, completely renovated, with a splendid sea view at the foot of Étretat beach in a quiet, closed and secure residence. It consists of a large living room with a TV with Canal+, as well as Wi-Fi, a fitted and equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.) opening onto a large corner balcony with exceptional panoramic views of the famous Aiguille Creuse d'Etretat.

[We speak FR/EN/ES] Normandy manor with authentic charm in a 6000 m2 green setting, renovated and updated for the comfort of families for a few days or weeks. Ideally located 1.5 hours from Paris, the beaches (Honfleur, Deauville but also Etretat) are 1 hour away, as well as many cultural (castles, cathedrals), gastronomic and entertainment (zoo and parks, tree climbing, hiking/equestrian...). Great for a relaxing stay!!
