My family and I have just returned home after a fabulous 3 week stay at this property. Everything about the house was perfect for us and mirrowed exactly what was described. The kids loved the outdoor pool and trampoline whilst me and my wife we're delighted with the clean, light, spacious interior and the privacy we enjoyed. The house is located in a lovely quiet suburb, within walking distance to great shops, cafes and bars along with immaculale parks/ovals for the kids to enjoy outside activities. It was also a perfect location for us to explore all of Perth's delights being close to both the freeways and the train station. The host's communicated brilliantly and responded immediately on the odd occasion we needed to get in touch. All in all, we had a brill holiday in a beautiful property in an amazing City and would not hesitiate to stay here again or recommend to our friends & family. Thanks Dean & Sally

Lovely house with a nice pool in the property. Clean and welcoming. The gate was slightly tricky to find at night because of the gps getting a little confused.

We stayed with Kelly while visiting family in Perth and the place was amazing, the moment you arrive you are blown away with the amazing view but also the home itself was beautiful and had everything you need. We can’t wait to come back again thank you for making our time in Perth one to remember!

We had a great time with such a beautiful house & enjoyed our time connecting & cooking in the kitchen. The house is spacious, we really felt at home. One of the best features is the fireplace. Also, fully equipped kitchen & laundry. Krishia the host & her team are very friendly, informative & responsive.

A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

We loved our stay at Min's house! We chose it for its convenient location close to family nearby, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The house is spacious and well-equipped, with four generous bedrooms with comfortable beds, two bathrooms with fantastic showers, a large kitchen, and a fantastic outdoor entertainment area complete with a BBQ, spa, and pool. It’s ideal for families — we enjoyed dining outside every evening under the covered patio. Min was also very accommodating, kindly allowing us a later check-out, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit family!

Stay at this beautiful house for 3 night, the property was exactly was exactly what it was as advertised. The place was spotless and bathroom was clean as well, place was overall clean and highly recommended, very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood too!

I booked this bnb for a get away with a few of my friends and let me tell you, it was one of my top 10 best experiences in life. I had SUCH a great time, every window had a spectacular view, we woke up to the sight of the beach and the backyard is just insane. The house itself oh myyy it’s literally my dream house. The house is so ‘good looking’ that me and my friends even calculated the price of the house and how much an offer to buy it would be, we were seriously planning our future of living together in a house like this. I’m definitely coming back I wish I could be back every weekend honestly. Yasmine was also so incredibly kind to me and it warmed my heart every time she messaged. I will be back.

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

During the month of may we stayed at Arabella loop and I got to say it was the most beautiful house I’ve ever seen, very clean, spacious and just overall felt homely I would recommend to anyone to stay here if they was to go Perth. Michael was a great host very quick to respond with any questions we had, his home is very updated and very well decorated.

I recently stayed at this cozy house in Halls Head and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk to overlook the beach, making it ideal for anyone who loves the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The house itself is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The kitchen is well-stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the living area is perfect for unwinding with friends. The outdoor area is a great spot for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink. Our stay at this fabulous home was wonderful. The cozy atmosphere, combined with the excellent location and amenities, made for a memorable trip. thank you for a fantastic stay. The house was impeccably clean, had extremely comfortable beds and pillows. A great retreat for a family with children. The pool, pool table and board games helped entertain the children. Very well set up house, with a fully equipped laundry even down to laundry liquid . Every small detail has been thought of. we will definitely stay again and cannot recommend this house enough.

The place was neat and clean and the whole process was straightforward and hassle free. We are looking forward to our stay with them again on our return leg to Perth. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful 5-night stay and extended it for another night because we enjoyed it so much. The process to extend was super easy. Our host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Although there was a brief power outage due to maintenance updates, the host promptly arranged a generator, which we really appreciated. The pool was lovely and clean, the grounds were absolutely beautiful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely recommend this place!

We had an outstanding experience at Lee's. The house was lovely, thoughtfully and generously fitted out with every amenity we needed (including equipment down to even wet wipes for my nine month old son, and the smoothest softest bedsheets on all the beds), and spotlessly clean. We loved feeding the chooks and collecting eggs every day, and the location was beautiful and super convenient to groceries, walks, vineyards, restaurants etc. Lee was an amazing host, super responsive and friendly, and she took really good care of us. This was the best Airbnb experience I've ever had (and I've had many), would highly recommend.

Brilliant location, far exceeded our expectations. Great cafe nearby super friendly, great service. Options to head out for a walk or head further to Pinjarra to the best French Patisserie. 10 of us stayed 4 nights for our 7th annual girls trip. This was the best house so far. So much room for quiet reading or hanging out with the whole group. Everything you could want to cook including a roast for 10 with all the trimmings. The out door area with lounge and fire pit is next level - and no words for the view. We spent a lot of time outside chatting, watching the view and saying hello to the locals as they wondered past. Rooms were beautiful and far from the main areas so those that like a sleep in weren’t disturbed. Overall no complaints and highly recommended

Clare and Josh are amazing hosts. They respond to messages fairly quickly and provide local recommendations for things to do and places to see. Covs House is beautiful, looks exactly like the photos. The place is immaculately clean. You can tell a lot of love and planning went into the design of the house. We definitely took some inspiration for my own future house, loved the colours. From the moment you walk in, you feel home away from home. Everything you need is there. My parents enjoyed their stay amd praised the bathroom and kitchen. I would recommend Covs House to anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway
