We rent our renovated attic apartment (2 floors) on outskirts of Stadtroda in a very quiet location. Access to the apartment is via a separate staircase. On the 2nd floor there are the following rooms: Living area Kitchen Bathroom with shower (from July 2019 also with washing machine) Bedroom with double bed (1.80 m) Children's room with double bed (1.40 m) In the attic there is another room with a double bed (1.60 m) Access to this room is via a steep staircase.

Sweet, cozy attic apartment with rustic flair, in Kahla at the foot of the Leuchtenburg. Ideal for 3-4 people. The bed in the 1st bedroom can be pulled out to 1.60 m. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things and the bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine in addition to the shower. The distance to the train station is ideal for train travelers. Doctors, pharmacies, bus and shopping are about 5 minutes walk. There's a bakery right around the corner.

I rent my 34 sqm 1.5 room apartment in the center of Jena. The quiet location in the pedestrian zone allows for short distances to culture, sights, shopping and culinary experiences. But also to the green islands, such as the Botanical Garden, on the hall beach and in Paradise Park, which are easy to reach by a short walk. Unfortunately, I have to mention the construction site nearby. Since March, there is considerable construction noise from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.
