Holiday rentals with beach access in Rothéneuf, Saint-Malo

Nolwenn’s place was as described, had a nice water view, was comfortable, clean, and located near the beach, city wall, restaurants, shops, etc. Less than a 10 minute walk to everything in the city walls. We had a great stay and would stay again. If you have big/heavy luggage, it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Great stay at Valerie's! The accommodation is ideally located 2 steps from the sea. Everything is doable on foot (shopping, access to intra-muros...) the accommodation is very clean and very well equipped. The instructions given by Valérie by messages or directly in the accommodation are very clear. Thanks!

Victoire and Michèle's accommodation far exceeds what I expected, super clean, all the accessories are available, this studio is crossing with a balcony on a very quiet courtyard and where you sleep very well, very comfortable mattress. It is 3 minutes from the Sillon beach and the thermal baths. Michèle was very accommodating for my arrival and departure, also very responsive, I will gladly come back.

Great stay in this little corner of Paradise. Flawless, pretty and convenient place to stay. Veronique is a very friendly and attentive host. We'll be happy to go back!

The apartment is exactly as described. It's small but well laid out. The neighborhood is quiet . It's easy and nice to walk to the inta-muros. The entrance to the apartment is through a lockbox, but Isabelle cares about whether everything is going smoothly. We had a very pleasant stay in Saint Malo.

I don't usually give 5 starts in every category, but Francoise's place deserves it, and so does she. The perfect place - clean, easy to get to, great location -, with the perfect host - kind, friendly, helpful. The whole experience would be difficult to improve! Many thanks.

A very nice accommodation in a quiet location with a great garden! From there, many sights are easily accessible by car, so you can easily explore Brittany and parts of Normandy. Jean Michel is a very polite and open-minded host.

We booked Magali's accommodation for a wedding whose ceremony was held opposite. Its location allowed us to make the most of the festivities while visiting the region (Cancale, Saint Malo). Everything is impeccable, from the bedding to the equipment to the decoration. A significant positive point: the house remains cool even in hot weather (except for the dormitory under the roofs). In short, impeccable!

Beautiful cottage, with beautiful garden, next to the church, in the middle of Saint Suliac. Everything we needed was there, we enjoyed the peace. Saint Suliac is beautiful, there was a supermarket and a bakery nearby. There were also several restaurants within walking distance. The crêperie around the corner is highly recommended

We had a great time in the beautiful accommodation in Cherruieux. A great starting point for great excursions! We felt very comfortable in the house, it is very tastefully decorated, sparkling clean, well equipped and the sea view is unique! We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at Mikaël's! The house is comfortable, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. It is ideally located, just a few blocks from the beach, in a quiet and very pleasant neighborhood. Everything is easily accessible on foot: shops, restaurants, walks by the sea... Mikael was a very welcoming, responsive and attentive host. We'll be happy to go back!

We loved our stay here. It was so charming. Helene’s parents went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. From cookies and local cider at arrival to fresh pastries before we left on our drive into Paris, they were warm and helpful. The house had everything we needed and more to feel comfortable..We were so happy to have met this lovely family and stay in their guest home. We would definitely love to visit again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the garden and the very well decorated house. We were received by Corinne who informed us very well about the activities and visits to do in the region. Nice, clean place in a good location. Only issue was during check-in. The host outsources the key drop off and pick-up to a separate person. They were 45min late to the check-in/key drop off. Check-out/key pick up was spot on time.

Very nice apartment with a superb view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we will come back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the very practical box. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

The accommodation is faithful to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.

Beautiful apartment located close to the beach for beautiful walks and not far from Intramuros. We did everything on foot. There is all the equipment available for babies. Marie Claire made herself available for the key handover despite our train delay!

This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment, very clean and spacious and is extremely well equipped and beautifullly decorated. Clément was fabulous. We couldn't find the apartment and he walked down in roasting sunshine, to meet us! He gave us a tour of the apartment and explained about the area. The wrap around balcony is perfect for views of Dinard and St Malo, it's very tranquil and relaxing.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence that overlooks the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the original owner of the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.
