Holiday rentals with beach access in Saint-Malo

This beautiful apartment with underground parking in Saint Malo was located directly beside the beach - it even had its own private underground access to the beach!!! We will most certainly be coming back for a longer stay very soon.

Pleasant stay in a small cozy nest on the 5th floor without elevator so sporty, very well located for visiting Saint Malo.

Very pleasant stay in Sandrine's apartment, who is a very pleasant person, attentive and very responsive if needed! The accommodation was impeccable, very bright, completely in line with its description and in the immediate vicinity of the sea (Môle beach). We will definitely be back!

We had a pleasant stay in Saint-Malo, a relaxing city. The studio was very nice, We were 300 m from the beach. Everything was close to the restaurant, we had a great time!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Karine’s! The place is beautiful and close to the waterfront. A lovely flat where you can feel quickly at home, with everything you need provided.

Communication about the apartment was excellent and it was easy to make contact with Pascal and Cathy, the concierges, who had lots of local knowledge to share. Pascal was charming and very helpful in every respect. The flat is well described on the website and was very clean and welcoming. The furnishings were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a very luxurious stay. A huge asset of the flat is the location and I spent lots of time watching the sea, boats, ferries and people on the beach. I loved it. It is easy to walk everywhere and that is what we did so I recommend this to anyone arriving by ferry or train. That is what we did and we didn’t need a car at all. St Malo has something for everyone including scores of places to eat. We recommend that you look at reviews on TripAdvisor when choosing a restaurant as we got caught out on one occasion with poor food. All the others we tried were excellent and the cuisine is varied. Charming apartment within minutes of St Malo by foot and right on the beach. For those travelling from Guernsey, the boat arrives at 9.30pm and you cannot check in after 7.00pm. As a result, we had to book a hotel on the first night. Not ideal but otherwise a great stay.

The accommodation is in a quiet, bright and spacious location. It is close to places to visit in this beautiful region. Luc ensures the smooth running of the stay. Thank you for the welcome .

Beautiful cottage, with beautiful garden, next to the church, in the middle of Saint Suliac. Everything we needed was there, we enjoyed the peace. Saint Suliac is beautiful, there was a supermarket and a bakery nearby. There were also several restaurants within walking distance. The crêperie around the corner is highly recommended

We had a great stay at this house. The rooms are clean, comfortable and welcoming. All the necessary equipment was available, which made our stay very convenient. The garden is very cute. Very well located accommodation with shops very close by. The city center of Saint Malo is within walking distance, which avoids traffic jams to find a place. The accommodation is nice, an address to keep for a future visit to Saint Malo. The host is very helpful and gives good advice.

Luc and Fanny's place is really very nice and as described. Everything is thought out to have a good time: nice cocooning interior decoration, quiet accommodation and Luc and Fanny are very welcoming. Don't hesitate to take this place to discover Saint-Malo 😉

We had a great time in the studio. Very nice accommodation, super clean, quiet, great bedding, magnificent view, free parking. The explanations are very clear to access the accommodation. A big thank you to Régis for his kindness. Finally, everything is perfect.

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. the comfortable and convenient apartment is very well equipped. it is in a well kept residence. We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience to the terrace with a lot of opposite but overall we are very satisfied!

Beautiful apartment located close to the beach for beautiful walks and not far from Intramuros. We did everything on foot. There is all the equipment available for babies. Marie Claire made herself available for the key handover despite our train delay!

This was a great apartment. We have been here for 7 days, explored a bit and got to know Saint Malo. We would love to come back and we recommend this to anyone who is going to spend a few days in Saint Malo.

Roberte and Yves welcomed us very warmly, instructed us in the apartment and gave us tips for further excursions. The apartment is located at the end of the beautiful promenade in the center of Saint Malo, the path alone is a pleasure. We stayed there for 2 nights. Many thanks for the two hosts. A parking space was reserved for our car.
