Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Roßhaupten

The house Ikarus and hostess Roswitha were wonderful. There were six of us and we had more than enough space ☺️ The house is very modern and the sauna and the hot tub are another highlight of the house. Very clean and stylish. The view from the terrace to the mountains is fantastic and invites you to linger. Our two cars (SUV) also had a parking space with enough space at the house. There is also a garage at the house, but the parking spaces outside were completely sufficient for us ☺️ We had a wonderful vacation, thank you!

Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

Very pretty place where to stay like at home

We had a nice time in Helmut & Paula's vacation home. The accommodation was superbly equipped & very spacious. The communication around our stay was always super fast & very friendly. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful getaway in Allgäu. Petra and Hartmut are super nice people. The room and bath were very clean and cozy. We had a list of recommendations on what to do, where to eat, etc. Coffee maker and fridge were provided, as well as cutlery and crockery, so you could have nice breakfast every morning. We did this on the terrace with great views. What to keep in mind is that all supermarkets close at 8 pm. All purchases should be done beforehand. The restaurant is a 2-minute walk away. Gasthof Engelbräu Brewery is also highly recommended. We didn't miss anything and we would come back anytime!

We were at Ludwig's for a long weekend with our three adult children and everyone liked it very much (which rarely happens😀). The chalet is very beautiful and the short distance to the nearest mountain railways is great for hikers!

We had a wonderful time at Theresa's in Pfronten! The accommodation was very clean, cozy and perfectly equipped – ideal for our stay with children. Theresa is a warm and helpful hostess who provided us with great tips about the area. The location is great: quiet, but still central, with a beautiful view of the mountains and many excursion options nearby. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was simply too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all the previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well-equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. We had a very great and relaxing vacation at Cornelia's. She welcomed us in a very friendly way and was always available for questions. The apartment was super clean and everything was there, looked exactly like the pictures. It is in a quiet location and you can still quickly reach many excursion destinations in the area by car. We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back. 😊 Thank you!

The Römerhof is a beautiful retreat in Lechbruck – quietly located, with a fantastic garden and at the same time super close to the village. In a few minutes you can walk to the center with restaurants, shopping, mini golf or the ice cream parlor - ideal! We booked the studio with an open gallery for 2+2 people and immediately felt comfortable. The balcony leads to the lovingly furnished studio: downstairs there is a cozy kitchen with sofa bed, dining area and modern bathroom; upstairs in the attic you sleep under the slope in the double bed - very charming! Everything was clean, well-maintained and thoughtfully furnished. Particularly nice: your own seat on the covered balcony, a wonderful place for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The hosts are warm, helpful and have created a great place that combines tradition, tranquility and comfort. We'd love to come back – a clear recommendation!

By far the best apartment we had so far: the accommodation immediately made us feel at home, the equipment was extremely high quality, the furnishings perfectly coordinated and totally functional - nothing was missing! Rückholz is a super nice place, away from the tourism hustle and bustle, with a totally modern and delicious bakery, just a minute's walk from the accommodation. In the region you can reach all kinds of highlights super quickly: for hiking, cycling, relaxing and discovering. Katja and Markus are totally warm and accommodating hosts who just rounded off the stay perfectly. To say goodbye, we received a small bread - very nice gesture! All in all a perfect stay! We will definitely be back!

I am really satisfied with my stay in the Guggenberg apartment. Joachim is a very friendly and accommodating landlord and I got great tips for a hike in the area. A big plus is of course the beautiful view from the balcony. Halblech is a great starting point for many beautiful hikes and Neuschwanstein Castle is only 10 minutes away by car. I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience and would definitely come back!

We felt very at home here, the flat is lovely and well equipped. The views over the mountains and Neuschwanstein are lovely to wake up to and it was a great base to explore the area. Normally it wouldn’t be ideal that the toilet is outside of the apartment but the bathrobes and slides that Sabina thoughtfully provides makes it no problem, and the hallway is always quiet. Thanks Sabina for a lovely stay!

We had the pleasure of using the accommodation for our fishing holiday. There are many lakes and hiking trails in the area. So you won't get bored. The accommodation is easy to reach and corresponded to the pictures in the listing. Everything was very clean and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped. Susanne is extremely friendly and always easy to reach. We received many helpful tips for hiking, fishing and recommendations for restaurants and shopping directly upon arrival. All in all, the stay was perfect and highly recommended.

Had a wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment on the ground floor with great views. There is plenty to do in the area and very few tourists. Contact with Marco went smoothly. Definitely recommended (even better than expected/ hoped for).

Susanne's place in Murnau is very warm. In good weather, the view of the Alps is beautiful and the small terrace in front is very pleasant. We made the majority of walking trips between the studio and Murnau station, it is doable and the path is pleasant, but you have to like walking (about 30' to the center of Murnau and 40' to the train station). Close to the apartment, there is a lady who offers Thai massages. We enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

A truly excellent find. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable with amazing views and sunsets it is easy to understand why our hosts feel privileged to live there. Indeed our hosts were remarkably generous, kind and helpful and gave us great ideas on what to do. If we are lucky enough to return to the area we know where we would like to stay. The birdsong wakes you up in the morning and you drink your first coffee on the balcony overlooking the greenery while the water splashes in the pond. We had a wonderful stay in Johanna's green oasis. The apartment is chicly furnished with great colors and tasteful decoration. The kitchen is also very well equipped - sharp knives and well-preserved utensils. Work functions with the existing Wi-Fi most of the time. Munich is less than 30 minutes away by car.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

Beautiful, spotless and cozy accommodation in a green and quiet environment. Lots to do and see. We had a great time. Barbara and her husband are very hospitable and friendly. Recommended!

incredible location! the market is right across the street along with so many beautiful trails, you are also at the edge of downtown so its a little too easy to take a stroll every night for some ice cream ;) I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My mother and I had spent 5 nights in this pearl of apartment in early April. We were totally flashed by this apartment from second 1 - it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is decorated with so much love for detail. High quality and practical. we were even able to spend a few hours on the sunbeds and have dinner on the terrace. In the evening, you can quietly hear the river ripples before falling asleep in these comfortable beds like a baby. The car is well taken care of in the garage and there was even a piece of felt on the wall that on the driver's side you do not accidentally damage the door when getting out. in the apartment there are helpful tips for things to do/hiking recommendations, instructions for the apartment and restaurant tips. we were eating at 3 of the recommended restaurants - it was a palate. we also had the pleasure of meeting Petra - very likeable. Thanks for the great break
