Time out right on the edge of the forest. Enjoy the quiet location in a rustic old farmhouse (listed as a historic building). Located on the Danube Cycle Path. Easy access to destinations such as the three-river city of Passau or the Bavarian Forest. Bakery, butcher and NettoMarket only about 3 km away. Furnishings from the 1960s. The highlight is the covered patio with large table and benches. The walnut tree on the back of the house offers shade and relaxation on the edge of the forest in summer.

Gruböder farmhouse

For families with large and small attachments, young groups, but also temporary workers or business meetings. Our about 200-year-old renovated farmhouse offers plenty of space for everyone. A large garden with barbecue facilities is included, as well as a sauna and several bathrooms/toilets. Kitchen, living room and bedroom invite you to feel right at home. We use the house privately as a vacation home and rent it out on Airbnb. Parking directly on the property, 200MBit internet + WiFi.

Farm vacation

Our farm is located in the heart of the Vilstals and yet in a complete secluded location with only meadows/pastures and forests outside. The apartment has a separate entrance, is modernly furnished, with fully equipped kitchen and a top modern newly renovated bathroom. The location is absolutely quiet, but our farm is farmed. With us live many chickens, bees and our two Labrador Mädls Caro and Maya who roam freely around the farm. Holiday guests and fitters are welcome!

Enjoy the tranquility and a fantastic panoramic view of the Danube and Bavarian Forest on the Schlossberg. With luck, even a buzzard or red kite will circle, and birds will chirp from early to late. ... Bavarian cuisine in the "Burgschänke" at the foot of the Schlossberg, walks or bike rides on the last free-flowing section of the Danube in Germany, hikes or winter sports in the Bavarian Forest. Excursions by car in 35 minutes to Passau, or in 45 minutes to Regensburg.

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

Magical cottage in Ortenburg

This wonderful place has its own charm. The old Schusterhaus has been lovingly renovated and partially rebuilt. Externally, the listed building remained as it was built in 1878. However, the interior of the residential building is adapted to contemporary needs and furnished in the modern country style. On the ground floor are the kitchen, parlor and modern bathroom. On the first floor are the two bedrooms and the dressing room.

Living on the organic farm

The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a listed Rottaler farmhouse, - an organic farm with goats, cats, sheep etc. has about 50 square meters and access to the balcony. Beautiful garden with pond in front of the door. Absolutely quiet location. Parking is available.
