Apartment holiday rentals in Ross County

We spend a weekend in Chillicothe about once every 12 to 18 months and prefer to stay close to Paint and Water Streets. We found Seth's place (The Study) and booked it based on location (very walkable, amenities, comfort, and price) - it hit all the marks when looking at Airbnb rentals. When we checked in, the instructions were very clear and covered all of the basics plus some beneficial nuances. The place matched the description and photos, and was well appointed for relaxing, sleeping, etc. It was a 5 out of 5 for us and we will definitely look for a vacancy at Seth's place (The Study) again, or one of his other listings. Seth was very communicative and proactive, and sought feedback following our stay. Great host!

Great family stay to take in the history and enjoy the small town vibes. Everything was great, we wanted for nothing. Quiet and comfortable right in walkable downtown. Many of the shops and cafes were dog friendly. We lived our time here.

Beautiful loft! Stunning bathrooms! Fun patio to enjoy the sunshine and sunsets! Park and street walking with great restaurants and coffee right outside your door! Plenty of space for guests to have private areas. Cute little town!

Convenient, comfortable space in downtown Chillicothe. We enjoyed exploring the downtown area and would stay in The Loft again.

Beautiful and stately old home that has been lovingly restored. Loved the fireplace and the sleigh bed. The tub was very quaint. Gardens were lovely. House was in a very nice neighborhood and it was so nice to be able to walk up town and to the park!

You would never think to visit Chillicothe, but it's a great town to explore. Plus there are tons of native American historical parks to see! Deidra's place simply enhanced the whole experience and is a great home base for exploring. Very clean and has everything you need in a small place.

Wonderful quaint apartment for a couple to relax. Walk to historic downtown with great shops and dining. Historic inn with great character. Note: There are some tight stairs to enter the apartment on 2nd floor.

Seth's place was perfect. We decided last minute to get away for a few days for the holiday weekend. His place was in the perfect location with several restaurants and bars within walking distance. One was right next door. I saw that some people mentioned they were concerned it might be loud at night - it wasn't at all. They had a festival going on in town too which we were not aware of so that was a bonus for us to get some fair food and listen to music on the street. Plus Seth's place was inside the Dora area so we were able to get a Dora Cup from the bar and sip our drinks while walking back to our room. The apartment was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, he supplied all the necessities like toilet paper, coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, towels, etc. We would most definitely stay here again if we are back down that way.

My best experience with Airbnb! Brandi was amazing and so was the place. The definition of hospitality and I felt welcomed and very much at home during my time here. Central location with lots of things to do and eat. The place was exactly like the pictures very clean. We enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend staying with Brandi.

Entire apartment was completely modernized. Being able to cook breakfast as well as having a full size refrigerator was wonderful. Both bedrooms were great and even had cell phone chargers on the nightstand. The bathroom was spotless and all brand new. For a 200+ year old building it was a real treat. Red brick walls on the inside was very nice. Laundry on site was also a huge plus.

So pleasantly surprised at this beautiful Inn. It was private and safe for me and my dogs.
