Rural Southern House - Cottage

Restored older southern house with lots of charm! The house is located by itself in scenic surroundings, with direct access to several popular hiking trails. Access to private gapahuk a little walk away. At the same time, it is only 2 km to Lyngdal city center, the stadium, Sørlandsbadet and the beach at Rosfjord. It is best suited for 5, but the possibility of an additional mattress. Contains: 1st floor - living room, dining room, kitchen with gravel, bathroom with shower, entryway and laundry room. 2nd floor - 2 bedroom and hallway/loft.

We rent out our funkish house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018 and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV room with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom attached to this bedroom. Outside there is a huge terrace with a lot of living space, different seating areas, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Villa Trolldalen

Newly renovated ,stylish and functional annex in central Flekkefjord. It is located in a busy area,but appears well sheltered and isolated. Parking right outside. Nice little and warm patio and enjoy. Only 5 minutes walk to Flekkefjord city center and everything in the center. It is also close to restaurants and culture/open air offerings. Extremely versatile property that is great for singles,couples,couples and families with children. Can also fit workers. Bed linen is ready,but must be left on your own.

Unique Panoramic Tiny House - "Fjellro"

Welcome to Fjellro! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. All amenities are available either in the tiny house or in the basement of the shop Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg nearby. The farm shop was voted Norway's best farm shop in 2023 and is a small attraction in itself. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with equally good views.

The apartment is about 100 meters from E-39 in the basement of a single-family home where there is a family of 3. 1 adult and 2 boys of 4 and 9 years. There is 1 bedroom with 4 beds. There are 2 possible exits, no windows. Shopping center with eateries,charging stations, swimming areas, 24 hours open 7-Eleven only 5 minutes walk. About 3 km to Lyngdal center. Great beaches about 4 km away. If you are interested in Lakse fishing, there is a short drive to a River where possible in season.

Basement apartment central in family friendly smallholding

Rooms in basement with bathroom and toilet room are rented. Studio kitchen in laundry room. Suitable for two people (max 3) in small double bed (108 cm x 187 cm) with possibility for extra bed. Feel free to let us know when booking if you want an extra bed. Family of 5 lives in the house. The place is family friendly with cats and hens, in addition to a large garden with several seating areas. Good hiking and swimming facilities nearby and close to shop and bus stop. Free parking.

Lovely central sophisticated apartment!

Central and cozy place for most people. A large bedroom with 150 bed for 2 persons, a small bedroom with 90 bed which can also be used as office. In addition, there is a sofa bed with a top mattress that can accommodate 2 people for an extra fee of NOK 250, each. There's also an extra option for another guest who wants to sleep on the floor for an additional fee. Nice hostess! Quiet and friendly area with proximity to all amenities and nature. Vacation and work paradise!

Koie/small cabin in Lyngdal

Get away from it all and stay under the stars. A unique small one-bedroom cabin with room for 3 people. Simple kitchen with all the equipment to be able to cook food. Chef top connected to gas. Access to water in water cans. The outdoor space is approximately 15 meters from the cabin. You just have to use wood during your stay. Tenants will get directions to the cabin. It is a 10 minute walk from the parking lot to the cottage.
