I stayed here for one night during my roadtrip from Eastern WA to San Diego, and it was the perfect place to arrive at after driving for 12 hours. It was super clean, cozy, AC works really well. The bed was amazing and super comfortable. She had snacks and water available… really thoughtful and great host! She was great to communicate with as well and asked multiple times if I needed anything. 10/10!

The location is so peaceful. Beautiful setting, and the only sounds were nature (there was a time- and vocally-challenged rooster nearby which served as a 3 AM wake up call but it eventually quieted down). We walked to coffee shops and restaurants as well as down to the American River. Great price and exactly as pictured.

I was in the area visiting for a family members celebration of life event. The grounds at this cottage was lush and welcoming. It was very quiet with the sounds of nature heard from the bedrooms opened window. I was there for a short stay and everything I needed was at the reidence. The residence was clean and clutter free. The host reached out shortly after my arrival to ensure everything meet my needs and standards. I could not ask for a better place to spend the few days I was there. The location was close to my family, stores and restaurants. I wish I could have spent a few more day enjoying the relaxing setting. Hope to be back again soon.

This place is absolutely amazing! 100/10! The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. The pets, cat/dogs and horses were also very friendly. Breath taking sunset and privacy. My husband and I had a blast and felt so much at home that we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely revisit! So so happy we found this place.

Suzanne’s cottage is super charming and comfortable! The grounds are gorgeous, the bed is comfy, and there were so many thoughtful touches. She knew it was our anniversary and left a bottle of champagne for us in the fridge, we had our kids with us, so she left smores makings. It’s definitely a small space, but we were there for just one night, and it was fine for our family of 4 with the kids sharing the futon. The new a/c unit kept us cool inside. We had fun watching frogs on the lily pad pond and feeding the chickens. This was a great spot for an overnight getaway, and we will definitely be back!

Erica was such a wonderful host! We felt as if a friend was taking care of us. She was super responsive and checked in on us during our stay, accommodated us with supplies for activities, breakfast & we purchased an add on pizza basket which was so awesome and tasty!!! Can’t say enough good things. This place is like a slice of heaven and all the detailed touches that Erica made was everything, from the record player, to music choices, games and books. We felt like we were in our own little romance film! :) lol. Erica is great. The place is beautiful. Definitely coming back!

I truly enjoyed my stay at this property. Everything was exactly as listed and fully met my expectations. The home is modern, spotless, and situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. I appreciated the attention to detail and how well-maintained everything was. Van was also a fantastic host—very attentive, responsive, and proactive in checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend staying at this property!

Place is super cute! The host put a lot of care in this listing. We only had concerns with the parking on the street since space to park is tight but we found parking across the street and close to the unit. Other than that, the host was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. You have your own city trash can outside the unit on the side patio so when check out comes you don’t have to walk looking for the trash can since is right next to the guesthouse. The bed was beautiful and comfortable, we had amazing rest! The bathroom was spacious specially the shower and the laundry room is amazing. We truly enjoyed the kitchen and cooked delicious meals as well as the cute dining table.

Ivy’s cottage was perfect for our group of three (a single and a couple). Super cozy and comfy beds, perfectly spacious for us, cute little balcony, and quiet. It was walkable to areas of town (if you’re ok with a few hills) and also still on a quiet street. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

incredibly friendly and hospitable hosts, really made sure i felt at home for the month i was there. very responsive to requests and messages. space has everything you could possibly need for any length of stay, from keurig to cookware to laundry. highly recommend

Great place for a little pool getaway! Friendly hosts, while still having our privacy. Lovely spot in peaceful neighborhood. The place worked great, we had everything we needed in a sweet colorful and fun cottage. We hope to come back!

Wendy and Richard were incredibly hospitable hosts. Their carriage house was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location within walking distance to the lake. They even have a sweet, friendly dog who made our stay even more enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely lofted one-bedroom guest house! The space was very clean, and the bedroom was large with an incredibly comfortable king-sized bed. The kitchen was fantastic — fully equipped and perfect for preparing meals. The location is ideal, nestled in a beautiful neighborhood near the river and trails, which was perfect for outdoor activities. The spiral staircase was a bit tricky at first but easy to get used to. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for one or two people. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of spending a week in this amazing space. The location is outstanding, with easy access to restaurants, trails, and history museums. Each day offered new opportunities to engage with the local vibes and natural beauty, while the nearby lake provided a serene setting to swim and meditate with my golden retriever. The home itself was immaculate and tastefully furnished, offering both comfort and charm. Mornings there were particularly special—spent reading beneath a sunny canopy of flowering trees, accompanied by the gentle sounds of birds. Was that a peacock? It was a truly tranquil and restorative experience. I am grateful for this thoughtful and well-maintained space. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a retreat near Lake Natoma/Folsom. :)

Very private and beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed all the flowering bushes and trees. Just A few blocks from Trader Joe’s and restaurants,l. We really enjoyed walking in the historic East Sac area. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s beautiful pool house! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The space was immaculate—bright, peaceful, and thoughtfully decorated with everything we needed. We especially loved the spacious bathroom and shower, the cozy bed and couch, and the big screen TV for relaxing in the evening. The neighborhood was just as lovely—quiet, welcoming, making it easy to feel at home. Jennifer was an exceptional host, responding to our texts and emails promptly and making sure everything went smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

This was our 2nd stay at Gwen’s guesthouse. We loved the historical charm of the neighborhood and the private entrance. We appreciated the welcoming touches and generous snacks. Gwen’s place is clean, calming and conveniently located. (About 10 min from the Saturday morning mid-town farmers’ market. :) We slept really well in the comfortable king size bed and took advantage of the blackout curtains and the white noise device. We had an unexpected need arise during our stay and Gwen was responsive, understanding and so helpful. A top choice for staying in Sacramento!
