House owners were extremely responsive and informative. House was well stocked , and a great location and view made the stay even better.

Place was great and large enough to accommodate 2 families (9 total people). We were excited to have a place with a pool but didn’t end up using it because it was a little chilly. Neighborhood was quiet and early morning walks were pleasant. Beds were comfortable too.

This place is the best!! My daughter graduated from Howard University this past week so we needed a larger home for our stay. The greenery surrounding the property is beautiful. The home is large enough to host a large family but cozy enough to still feel close. Danielle keeps the pool and jacuzzi clean and functional for all guests. I could go on and on… you won’t regret staying here!!

It was a great stay after a long day roaming around Washington DC and Maryland. The accommodation was clean and nicely decorated with very inspiring words of wisdom providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Kelly has been very informative and detailed on the instructions to help us on a very smooth check in and check out process. The location was fantastic and quiet neighborhood. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience!"

Wonderful property with lots of amenities!

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities I could have needed. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful from booking to check-out, answering all my questions promptly. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. we were looking for something out of the city, private for three businessmen to do some planning for the remainder of the year in beginning of 2025. I found Eli's place exactly as described, sitting out on the edge of the water and Adirondack chair was peaceful and exactly what we needed. It's a short drive in and out of the city so we we were in downtown for a little sightseeing and then made the short trip back to solitude. The house is exactly as described, while we didn't use the game room we did look at it. everything was clean, exactly like the pictures and highly recommended.

Beautiful home inside and out. Inside had pristine kitchen and bathrooms. Outside there is a wonderful patio and dock to enjoy the water. Bill was very responsive and helpful. He and his wife Wendy are easily accessible and live next door.

To start, Thom was a great host. He has instructions & labels for everything around the house and that itself is so convenient. The home is spacious, & is in very peaceful neighborhood and a great location! I’d recommend and would book again if needed. Not knowing once I booked it was only 6 minutes away from my family who I was visiting. Highly recommend , would definitely book again !

Andrew's place was perfect for families with kids. We only stayed for one day but wished we had booked a longer stay. A full basket of snacks was waiting for us, which was a thoughtful touch. We loved the sunroom, and there were many board games and books to enjoy. My kids had a great time finding hidden animal figurines throughout the space. We highly recommend this property for friends and family!

I visited this place with friends, the location was really convenient since it was close to trails. We visited Gun Powder state park and north point state park for hiking. We drove to inner harbor and Annapolis for lunch and afternoon walks it was really easy, it took 30 mins and 50 mins approx respectively There is a local sea food restaurant 1 min walk from the house sea horse inn highly recommend to enjoy local brewery and sea food. Lastly, spend some quality time in the backyard which overlooked the water.

I enjoyed my stay the air Bnb was nice and comfortable and the host made it very easy to communicate with in a timely manner as well.

Very attentive and thoughtful host, and a spacious property which includes family friendly games to keep everyone entertained! The kitchen and dining area is perfect for families or large groups!

We (family of 6, including three kids and grandma) stayed here over a long weekend to visit family in the Baltimore area. The house was great, and we appreciated having plenty of space (and bathrooms!) for everyone. The host, Steven, was very helpful and reached out to us several times to make sure that everything was going smoothly. I feel confident that he would have helped with any issues had we needed anything. We found many conveniences nearby, including coffee, restaurants, and groceries. Overall, we were looking for a quiet, convenient place to stay for our visit, and this place worked out great! We are glad that we found it and would consider staying there again on a future visit!

The place was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a 4 day stay. We enjoyed the water view and had a crab feast on the deck overlooking the water. It was a perfect Memorial Day weekend.

Incredible, serene home with thoughtful design and furnishings. Our family loved the house, which served as a great space to gather over meals, games and stories. The deck on two sides of the house, with great seating, provided a gentle welcome to the nature around with harbor views in the distance. As seasoned Eastern Shore folks, this was an introduction to Rock Hall, which we really enjoyed, especially the refuge. Thanks, Lauren, for your insightful planning and attentive care for the house and your guests.

This space was immaculate - there was not an ounce of dirt or dust it looked like a brand new spotless home. Everything was squeaky clean from bathrooms, to linens, to floors and fridge. I will definitely be staying again next time I am here for work! The view of the water was so serene and there were a ton of great restaurants, too. 10/10!!!

Fabulous hosts! The place was perfect. We attended a music festival and Christina was so kind to offer up chairs, blankets, coolers, etc. Phenomenal hosts!!! Would recommend to anyone... and will.

Bring Boat! What a great spot on the upper Chesapeake Bay! This location is clutch when it comes to boating locations. Via boat you can quickly and easily get to Baltimore, Rock Hall, C&D canal, Sassafras River. There are also two full service marinas in the cove/creek near the house. The house is perfectly sized for 2-4 people. Every single square foot of the house has wonderful views of the creek and it is a very comfortable home to relax either inside or out. The kitchen is stocked with that lived in feel. If you forgot “it” at home it is most likely already in the pantry or fridge. The owners are extremely helpful and speedy with responses. They gave me all the info I needed about the creek and water depths and local boat ramps for getting my shoal draft trailer sailer in the water and tied to the dock. Even at a pretty low tide there was still 33” of water at the end of the dock. The creek can get a little scary shallow on the way out but we always made it back. Will rent again!
