Holiday rentals with a patio in Rosedale

We had a fantastic stay at Cooringle by the Sea! The location on the edge of Wagonga Inlet was simply breathtaking, offering peaceful water views and a tranquil setting. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, spacious, and had everything we needed—three comfy bedrooms, a modern kitchen, and spotless bathrooms. Mornings were a treat with coffee on the balcony, soaking in the sea breeze and the sound of seagulls. The boardwalk nearby was perfect for morning strolls, and we loved seeing pelicans, kayaks, and local wildlife along the way. There’s so much to do in the area—snorkelling at Bar Beach South, exploring nearby beaches, trying out great local food and craft beer, or just relaxing in the plunge pool. We even spotted seals and enjoyed a boat ride around Montague Island! This place is a perfect base for a relaxing yet adventure-filled coastal getaway. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of nature by the sea.

We stayed here for a few days with teenage kids over a long weekend in May/June. Our host Lucy was really helpful and thoughtful all the way along. The place was super-clean and very conveniently located, just across the beach. There is an aircon unit in the living room which kept the place a comfy temperature. Kitchen had the main things we needed and the deep bathtub was very relaxing. The place was very quiet - at that time of year there didn't seem to be a lot of other people staying in the complex. We also enjoyed having a hit of tennis on the apartment courts, and were pleased to be able to use the EV charger to power up before driving home. Thanks again!

This is a lovely place very short walk to the beach and cafes. Mollymook is a wonderful town with great access to bigger towns with shopping and restaurants. I'll definitely return.

We had an amazing stay at this cozy and beautiful place—it truly felt like a home away from home. Suzanne and Rosemary were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. A highlight of the trip was their brewery beer, Keita, which is an absolute must-try! I’m already looking forward to the day I can return to this wonderful gem. Highly recommended!

For mountain bikers, this place is as central as you can get - right above the bike shop as well! It's about 300m to the trail head ascent path. The garage was a real gem, with high quality 'Park Tools' on a tool board for bike repairs, bike stands, a high quality floor pump, Steady Racks on the walls, good lighting and power for those needing to charge their 'mobility scooters'. The house is also excellent, with a big trail map on the wall, an effective air conditioner, well equiped kitchen with drawers labelled for contents (great idea), dish washer, good sized fridge/freezer and front and rear deck for that well earned afternoon beverage after a big day in the saddle. There is a big BBQ on the front deck (not used by us), and a very comfy lounge area with a quality smart TV. One bedroom has no door, which is odd, and the bathroom shower is quite small, but these are minor issues for an overall excellent experience - we'll be back, and will aim to stay here if we can get it again.

Ian’s apartment is well located for a visit to Broulee and the south coast. It is within a short walking distance to two great beaches and close to the local supermarket, cafes, and other great eateries. The apartment is quiet, comfy, and modern, and very clean. It has great amenities - everything you could possibly need - with lots of thoughtful touches. Ian was always a very responsive and helpful host. Well worth a stay!

Fantastic place to stay in Mollymook! Sue’s place was immaculately clean. Very spacious place which would make it comfortable for a longer stay. Great location for grabbing food and going for beautiful walks along the water. Sue was very responsive and kindly offered early check in and late check out unprompted. The hand written welcome note and chocolate were beautiful touches. Would 100% recommend and will be back!!

Stunning home in perfect location! The home has everything you need and felt very trendy and bright. Walk to coffee, beach, brewery and more. We will be staying there every time we visit the coast if we are lucky enough!

This home was absolutely stunning. The open plan and windows make all the difference. Lots of space for a family or the perfect escape for a couple. The record player alone made the stay fun. Will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you for the lovely bread, jam and butter. It made our day.

This was our second time visiting and we absolutely loved Jo’s place again. The location is amazing - close for fishing, walking to the beach and walking to town. We stayed mid- May and as the property is at the bottom of a hill with beautiful tall gum trees around it it can be a bit dark at this time of year with the sun not getting as high in the sky.

What a view! The deck was definitely a highlight! The host provided thoughtful supplies, check-in and communication was easy and the house is a short walk to the beach. Great kitchen, comfortable beds and lots of space. Thanks for having us

Such a lovely space, especially the lovely deck with such beautiful birdlife ! Thoughtful touches eg. water filter jug, oil vaporiser and live indoor plants….felt more like staying at a friend’s home. Very personal touches.

Lovely place with everything you could need. Very close to the beach and other conveniences. The house itself was lovely and clean and had a thoughtful collection of kids toys and activities (eg finska, Jenga) to make the stay more enjoyable
