Stephanie is an amazing host. This property was not only in a brilliant position but it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here to celebrate my 60th Birthday with our adult children, partners and our 2 small dogs. The yard is great for dogs although the side gate may not be great for some small dogs as they may get through. We solved this by placing the bins there which worked a treat. Stephanie has indicated that she will look at adjusting this. The house is immaculately furnished and stocked with all the essentials and more. Stephanie was very responsive during our stay when we had some queries, providing us with locations of EV chargers, activities & places to dine. The house is walking distance to Malua Bay Shops. Raymond’s Chinese is delicious. Club Malua has great food, cocktails & Barefoot Bowls.The pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. The table tennis was enjoyed by all adults. The layout of the house allows for plenty of spots to chill out. We will be back.

We had a fabulous stay at Vicki and Brett’s place. A great place for a family get together. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and BBQ area was well used in the hot weather. Would highly recommend 😊

We had a great time at Tanja’s house. The kids absolutely loved it, especially the hammock on the balcony and toasting marshmallows in the fire pit!

Great family home in beautiful Bawley. Walk to the beach, lovely pool area and very quiet. Will definitely come again.

A really beautiful spot - if you’re after a very private spot but with all the amenities you need and only a sort drive to shops etc this is a great choice. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely sanctuary on the river.

Karen was super responsive and I also met her husband and dog who were friendly and helpfully brought us beach towels. It’s close to a beautiful beach, feels new and clean and the kids loved having a pool. Kitchen had all we needed and bed was comfy. Thanks Karen!

Ocean view was a perfect spot, Amazing views from every room in the house, comfortable beds with beautiful soft linen and everything is brand new so you can’t get better than that. We loved everything and will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing your amazing space ☺️👌🏼

We had another wonderful stay at this truly lovely house. The location is peaceful & so close to the stunning beach. The house is so pretty & welcoming. It was neat & tidy with everything you need for a comfortable & relaxing stay. The view from the house is a real bonus. The host is very responsive & helpful. We loved our long weekend at Laurence & May’s place in Mossy Point. The house was warm and cosy with all the comforts. We loved the large family couch, beautiful timber kitchen, walking distance to the boat shed, Mossy cafe and Broulee beach. Laurence was so kind to have the heating running on the day we arrived to ensure we were cosy right from the beginning! Thanks so much for a wonderful weekend & we hope to visit again! :) Sophie

We loved this place a lot and didnt want to leave! Ross was great to communicate with. The house was well setup and worked really well for our kids and kelpie. So much in the area to explore. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location made for a delightful pet friendly get away. The water was still fine for swimming and the munjip trail and markets at Maruya are well with it.

Great location so close to bike trails which was what we came down for and close to the beach for a swim after riding was nice and refreshing

The perfect spot to spend a birthday weekend by the cosy fire! Lauren’s place has everything we needed and more. Great location, perfectly situated close to a dog beach where we walked every morning with our coffees and watched the sea eagles and seals bask in the sun while our dog Rue enjoyed exploring the beach. Great little bush trails right outside the front door without having time get in the car. Lauren’s place was clean and beautifully styled for a lovely weekend away. We hope to be back!

Such a perfect stay! Only took 2 minutes to walk down the hill to the beach and a quick drive to the local FoodWorks/ liquor. Amanda’s place was spotless and had plenty of room for a large group + furry friends. Would definitely recommend staying here on your next holiday x

The stay at Kimberley’s was excellent, so much space, clean, lots of games for kids, great backyard, beautiful views. I would definitely add Kimberley’s house to the list “stay again”, Kimberley was also really responsive with messages and everything in the house is as described, it had everything you need. The only thing that may be worth mentioning (it didn’t bother us and is clear in the photos) there is only sheers in the bedrooms. So if you’ve got little ones be prepared to be up at the first crack of sunlight.

Great place to stay over Easter. Nice and quite and close to the beach and estuary for the kids to fish and swim and only a short drive to the Mogo Zoo

The home was exactly as expected based on the listing. It was clean and well presented. It had everything we needed without having too much or feeling cluttered. A great value AirBnB we would absolutely stay again and highly recommend to other guests

We had a wonderful long weekend at Binda! From the moment we arrived, it was clear Kim had thoughtfully set up her home with comfort in mind. After mornings spent exploring rock pools and swimming at peaceful Garden Bay (just a short five-minute walk away), the practical outdoor shower and hose reel made cleaning up quick and easy. The well-stocked kitchen was genuinely useful, making meal preparation stress-free—a welcome upgrade from the usual rental setup. Despite the unexpectedly warm weather, we stayed comfortable thanks to the brand-new AC + nice ceiling fans in each bedroom. Reliable Wi-Fi was also a bonus, especially given the patchy mobile reception common along the coast. The location was perfect, close to Malua Bay shops, Bateman' Bay restaurants, and excellent pizza at Batehaven. We even had a friendly kookaburra regularly visiting from across the road! Kim is an outstanding host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. Highly recommended; we’ll be back for sure!

great place - perfect access to the beach and close to river lagoon in one direction and the Broulee Brewhouse in the other. the Broulee supermarket is also walkable a little further down. the place has a good large space for entertaining a large group. the upstairs and downstairs sections are separate - accessible from external stairwell. although internal stairs might’ve been better for our group, that worked fine for us. overall loved the place and the location and really appreciated helpful proactive communication from Geoff :-)

Sonya clearly take pride in providing guests with a great experience. Bushland escape is more than just a clean place to sleep, but rather a great place to stay. Plenty to do for the younger ones and adults. 12 guests and not a single complaint, only compliments. Genuine 5 star.
