Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rose Bay

This spot was perfect! The cleanest apartment, an amazing location walking distance from both the beach and the metro. Allison & Matt were quick to respond with everything, and let me check in much earlier than expected which was so appreciated! The view of the water from the balcony was wonderful to wake up to. Seriously one of my favorite stays!

We stayed at Mercedes’ place for a week and had a fabulous time. Spacious and airy, perfectly clean with all mod cons. In particular, I loved the barbecuing station in the verdant garden. It’s in a great location - quiet but five minutes from the beach and bars, cafés, shops etc. Mercedes was super friendly and quick to respond to any queries etc. She left the flat full with everything you’d need on arrival - fruit, snacks, towels etc. - and all you’d need for a longer stay - washing powder, fairy liquid, olive oil, spices etc. In short, we had a great stay!

We're just home after a 2 week stay at Jaq's home...and it felt like home to us right away! We used to live in Sydney, so know the area well. The apartment is in a fabulous location, but with that comes the risk of noise. The block itself is super quiet (we've lived in 4 different blocks and it's quieter than any of those), but if you're a light sleeper, maybe take ear plugs as there can be some 'surrounding' noise. Also worth taking an eye mask, as the light could be an issue. The apartment had everything we needed and our 10 year old loved having access to his favourite books! Easy walk to the beach, bus stops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We would happily stay again. Thanks for everything Jaq! x

Thiago's apartment was perfect in every way; bright, open and clean space with all the amenities, as well as, a fantastic location close to Bondi Beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. Thiago is a terrific host! He ensured that we had everything we needed upon arrival and checked in throughout our stay. Honestly, one of our best hosts to date! Better than 5 star!!

A wonderful bright flat with balcony and everything you need. Easy self check in, walk to Bondi Beach, restaurants, Bondi junction for Westfield and bus stops. Hiram great, informative host, would definitely stay again.

Easy, free, all day parking a block or two away (Free parking in Sydney !! - I was able to totally forget the car for 48 hours), and plenty of opportunity out the front for drop off/loading up. Great bus transport direct to the CBD (but who wants to go to the CBD when you're at the beach right !?). Slap bang at the northern end of, and minutes walk from, stunning Bondi Beach. Close to the Bondi facilities and even closer to North Bondi cafes and eateries, again, minutes away. Compact, tidy, clean apartment .... what more could one want for a few days in a magic part of the world. We had no need to contact Raquel ... perhaps that's the best recommendation of all !!

Danny's house exceeded our expectations in every way! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The location is unbeatable—right on Coogee Beach, where we enjoyed morning strolls and breathtaking sunrises. With cafes, shops, and local attractions all within easy reach, it was the perfect spot for exploring and unwinding. Danny was an exceptional host, going out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless. He was incredibly accommodating, always quick to respond and genuinely committed to making our experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for the ultimate beachside getaway, this is the place! We can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back.

Treated my daughter and a few friends to the most wonderful evening at this gorgeous penthouse. Stunning city skyline views, spacious outdoor areas, pristine modern 2br apartment. Instructions very clear, local tips, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked, host friendly. We absolutely loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Wendy’s place had everything we needed and more for out stay. The fridge full of breakfast things was such a nice touch! Great clean space with lovely balconies, so close to Watson’s bay!

Gorgeous studio perfect for my weekend in Sydney. Had everything plus more that I needed and Michael left great instructions and local guide. The place was spotless and very comfortable. Fantastic location close to public transport and was able to find parking close enough.

The Glasshouse is a amazing place to getaway and have peace and quiet. 45 minutes from Sydney. 10 minutes by boat to the marina for morning coffee. I have stayed all round the World in Air BnB's and George is the best host ever, Patrick and Liam are your contacts on the river and live locally, nothing is ever a problem. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sarah’s apartment. It’s beautifully designed and we had everything we needed for a three night stay. The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet and there are some great cafes nearby. Sarah was a responsive and thoughtful host. Excellent experience overall - one of our best on Airbnb

Situated in beautiful quiet back street. Long walk down side of house to accommodation under main house. No problem for us but might be a little tough if you are not very ambulant. Fantastic walk down to the water through rainforest like vegetation to the ferry. Amazing. From ferry can get anywhere in the bay area. No kitchen or kitchen sink but they do offer to wash any dishes etc. So no cooking. Lots of food extras. Very happy with stay.

Great place for 2 business travelers to spend away from the Sydney CBD between meetings. 10 minutes to the beach/restaurants etc, Bruce made helpful recommendations and had good communication across timezones. Place was clean and had everything we needed.

We had an amazing stay, Tina was a great host, so friendly and extremely helpful. The house is so stylish and great amenities. It's in a great area, 10 min walk to Bondi beach. Thanks for a great stay! Would love to stay again

Great location beautiful property well maintained

Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

Di’s place was everything I was looking for during my 5 night stay. It was nice that it came pre-stocked with some basics (coffee pods, tea bags and instant oatmeal) if you arrived without groceries (like me). It also comes with any necessary cleaning supplies for longer stays (dish detergent, clothes detergent , bathroom etc.). I felt safe in the building. A key fob is required to enter building and access your specific floor. Motion sensor lighting greets you upon exiting the elevator. Location was perfect, 1.5 blocks from Museum train station (direct trains to airport) and multiple bus lines. Nearby Hyde park was lovely to walk through and the Hyde Park Barracks at the opposite end is a must see museum to learn about the settlement of Sydney. Easy to walk to Chinatown and the Paddy Market (great for souvenirs) as well as the botanical gardens, the Opera House or Darling Harbor and the Maritime Museum. Coles (open until midnight) and an IGA are within 2-3 blocks.

Great compact apartment in Potts Point, in a very central area. Close to shops, cafes, public transport and restaurants. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Everything’s was as displayed in the listing.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.
