Newly renovated lakefront property with some of the best sunsets on Houghton Lake. 3 bedrooms (6beds), two full bathrooms are perfect for multi family stays. Family friendly accommodation with many amenities (kayak, paddle boards, fire pit, swimming ) to relax and unwind with your loved ones! The sleeping layout has a king bed in two of the rooms, and two bunk beds in the third room. Bunks are Full beds on bottom (ok for adults), and twin beds on top, only good for people under 140lbs

The beach is sandy with no sea wall & perfect for swimming! The beach and dock are shared with 3 other cabins. High end home, just completed. Lake views from many rooms. 2 kitchens with massive islands. Set on 2 lots with large back yard overlooking the lake. 100 steps to small neighborhood beach where the kids can swim and you can moor your boat for the day. Very quiet area on East Bay. Kitchens are both nicely equipped for large groups. 2 large driveways with plenty of rooms for cars, boats, and RV trailers.
