Private entrance through a side gate and coded lock on the door. Only a short drive to Downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, Seaworld, or Imperial Beach via 5 freeway which is minutes away. Comfortable Queen bed and walk-in closet in bedroom, full kitchen (with coffee/tea), TV, and pull-out sofa.

Everyone is welcome regardless of their origin, culture, religion, orientation, etc. Less than 500 meters from the beach, the house is in a good location and has basic services.
