Everything was very good, nice apartment and easy to check in, I recommend it. The only downside is that although there is free street parking, there is a hospital in the area that makes it difficult to find a place during the day

To note: Very good apartment, with an unbeatable location, close to everything, a few blocks from downtown Rosario and only one block from the Paraná River. The owners are always very attentive, responding instantly, even in late hours. The building pool is excellent and has private security. Overall, highly recommended!

The depto was very well located, easy area to reach everywhere, clean and comfortable. Ciro was quick and super flexible with the schedule themes.

Everything was great. The perfect apartment. The air conditioning works perfectly. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable. The spectacular cuisine. Beautiful view of the city. 10 min drive to downtown. There are supermarkets and lots of shops in the area. It does not have a microwave but in our case it was not a very friendly Damian and Patricia problem.

Mariela's place was very spacious ,quiet and with everything you need. The gym has many things to work out and the pool is beautiful the view it has with its lounge chairs and spaces to relax. The carport is super comfortable to park I would definitely go again.

Alejandra is an excellent host , communication was always fluid with an enjoyable treatment. The apartment was in excellent condition in a central area full of panoramas.

Excellent apartment to stay in, from Vivi's cordiality to the cleanliness and tidiness of the place. Everything in perfect condition. Ideal for a couple's getaway or solo. The apartment has all the amenities (kettle, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, etc.) in addition to the building's facilities (24/7 gym, laundry, sum and patio on the terrace). The check-in process was very easy and Viviana answered all my concerns very quickly.

The house is exactly as shown in the pictures and in the description. It can comfortably accommodate seven people. The rooms and the living room have A/C and ceiling fans and all beds have new mattresses. The park, pool and barbecue are excellent. Communication with Mauritius was very smooth. There is a super well stocked and with good prices 450 meters away, and the community drinking water tank is 50 meters away. We would definitely come back!

The house is beautiful, in very good condition of conservation, it is very spacious and with very nice spaces. The photos are just like that. Mrs. Amelia who welcomed us into the house, always very predisposed and very friendly. Everything was clean and in good condition. The terreza is very nice to enjoy. Just a few details that can be improved, such as leaving napkins, indicating no towels available. Everything else is very good. I highly recommend this place, Franco is very kind and flexible. Laura is a great host, very attentive and responded quickly to all inquiries. The house is as published. It has an expectacular roofed outdoor area where you can spend all day. The pool is a big plus of the house. The comfortable living room with two armchairs and the dining room with a super large table. Super comfortable kitchen with washing machine. Garage, no roof for now, where 2 cars can enter. Optimo place to get away from the stress of the city.

Both Claudia and her son Franco attended us excellent at every request! We felt right at home! The property is very nice, the location is excellent (close to everything and fast access from the entrance roads to Funes). A great option for traveling with the family and with pets!

We went to Rosario for 10 days for work and we were looking for a quiet place to rest. It undoubtedly exceeded expectations, the apartment is equipped for everything, the beds are super comfortable, everything works very well, the shower, which is always something that is half and half, in this case works perfectly, the water pressure is excellent and the hot water is great. The neighborhood is very quiet on the outskirts of the city, and being private gives you a lot of peace of mind. We will definitely choose it again. I recommend it 100%!! 👍

Everything is spotless! The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, bright and clean, with everything you need to be comfortable. The view from both balconies is spectacular to enjoy the sunsets in the city. It is located at an ideal point to go out to eat or have a rich coffee. Ignacio was a great host! Very warm, attentive and respectful of us from the moment we booked. We have no doubt that we will be back on our next visit to Rosario!

The stay at Maru's apartment was excellent. The apartment super careful, everything very clean, modern and very nicely decorated. The condominium with a lot of security, the garage is very practical and the environment is truly very nice ( park, pool, tennis court, etc.). We will definitely be back
