Ana and Gabi's apartment is very nice. It's a very quiet hallway depto. Gabi was very kind and attentive. The location is excellent, ideal for walking along the river or going to the pichincha bars.

Accommodation 100% recommended. Giselle and her husband are very friendly and attentive at all times. The place is quiet, you have all the amenities described and a nice patio for sunbathing.

The apartment is comfortable and close to many places to walk to. It's also very bright and there's a supermarket very close by. Mariela answered my questions very quickly and is very friendly. I would definitely go back to staying in the apartment.

The apartment is very comfortable , modern and conveniently located. Having a garage is a great point in favor since it is a central area in which it is very difficult to park. Luciano is very predisposed to have everything perfectly to have an excellent stay. He always responded quickly and was attentive to any need or question. I would definitely stay again!

We went to Rosario for 10 days for work and we were looking for a quiet place to rest. It undoubtedly exceeded expectations, the apartment is equipped for everything, the beds are super comfortable, everything works very well, the shower, which is always something that is half and half, in this case works perfectly, the water pressure is excellent and the hot water is great. The neighborhood is very quiet on the outskirts of the city, and being private gives you a lot of peace of mind. We will definitely choose it again. I recommend it 100%!! 👍
