We had an excellent weekend with friends. The house is super comfortable, with two bedrooms, and a beautiful living room to relax. But the best place is the patio with the grill and tables to sit comfortably. Fernando and his wife were very friendly, and accessible at all times. You can tell they are very good people. I recommend it 100%. I'll see you in a few months again!

Travel with a group of teenagers, the house was perfectly suited to our needs. It has practically everything you need. I would improve the utensils theme of the grill a little but nothing to worry about. An excellent purple for a great stay. We will definitely be back

A great place for a short stay. Private garage, small lawn (it was perfect for my workout). There are a few nice venues for breakfast and dinner in 2-10 mins walk. For colder times the warm ac works perfectly (we were with an infant)!

I stayed two months with two more friends in this accommodation and everything was wonderful, there were things I did not understand well because my country is different and yet Tomas Jose was always available to help and guide. The house itself has a great space and provides privacy and coziness, as well as being very well located, as it is close to Porto Norte and Alto Rosario shopping mall, as well as other large businesses and easy transportation. I can say with certainty that when I return to Rosario, this accommodation will definitely be my first choice.

I stayed for 1 month and had no problems. The place is well located, quite airy and was clean. The hostess always very helpful to ask questions and polite. I recommend it!!

All good! The only thing I mention as an observation that what's in the third room is a futon (somewhat uncomfortable) and not a bed. The location is barbaric and the view is divine.

María de los Ángeles was super attentive and kind from the start. The apartment is as described. Small but warm and tidy. It has books, CDs and a player. She left us cookies, coffee, tea. With the details of the house. The location is good, close to the pedestrian area and a few blocks from Bv. Pelegrini, where there are bars and restaurants. With a lot of traffic on weekdays. We found a 24-hour parking lot a block and a half away. To take into account, there are others closer but they close on weekends.
