We were delighted to stay at Martine's place which is very friendly and very accommodating. The accommodation is very comfortable, very clean, well arranged and decorated. There's nothing missing. We stayed there as part of our bike route on the Canal du Midi and appreciated the proximity to the accommodation and the canal, enjoying a place where we were able to rest well and walk around Roubia very pretty village, quiet, pleasant with a restaurant bar grocery store where we ate very well. Very close to the property, after a day of cycling, it's appreciated! A big thank you to Martine for allowing us to make a nice stop at her place.

Beautiful home in a quiet and soothing environment, in the middle of nature, with only close neighbors, pretty donkeys, adorable sheep. We were greeted with a smile, and very pleasant kindness. Our host was attentive and our arrival well prepared. The accommodation is very comfortable, clean, very well thought out. It's suitable for a large family as well as a large group of friends. The rooms are very spacious, the bedding very comfortable, and each room has its own bathroom. Everything is nicely decorated. We had a lovely evening in front of the chiminee. We also appreciated the ecological approach to managing the property We recommend the place to lovers of nature and calm.

Let me start by saying wow! We had an exceptional family stay in this charming, peaceful, and beautifully equipped home. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the pristine cleanliness to the top-notch amenities that exceeded our highest expectations. The warm and serene atmosphere of the house made it easy to relax and fully enjoy our time there. This is a beautiful, old, typically French Domaine. The outside space is especially beautiful with a large gravelled area, perfect for outside living. The kitchen was well stocked which made it easy to feed us all. The tortoises were lovely, our nearly two year old granddaughter loved them. We also loved the pool. Jacqueline lives next door and was very helpful, luckily we had a French speaker with us to help. Martin is always available via messages to help too. Very well situated for a quick drive to the supermarket, local towns and the general area.

We had a wonderful stay. Catherine and her husband were lovely. I told her that we had an early flight but there was no rush to get the apartment ready before the stated check in time however, they rang us to say that it was ready well before. The apartment is in the perfect location right on the beach with a huge balcony that gets the hot morning sun, perfect for some private sunbathing and you can even sit and watch the kids playing on the beach from it! We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. The beach was quiet on week days and busier on the weekend. We loved having the pool which was always clean and has a shallow end for the kids. There are restaurants just down the road with friendly staff and you can walk up the beach to the main town and harbour or take the bus from right outside the apartment. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay at Catherine's again!

Very nice quiet apartment with astounding views of the Thau pond. Clean and well organized. Cleaning was not included in the prize and proper cleaning materials not provided.

Pleasant stay in the property. We were put at apartment number 5, including a small terrace that was not mentioned in the listing. The air conditioning worked perfectly, no complaints. Just plan what to do with the dishes and clean it because nothing on site. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. You can hear a lot of the outside from the bedroom despite the window and the shutter closed so it's a bit of a shame. Overall we were not disappointed, very good value for money, I recommend it!
