It is located in the center of the village just 2 minutes' walk from all amenities, 150 meters from the Orb River, (where it is possible to swim), 10 minutes from Saint-Chinian and Roquebrun, 40 minutes from the sea, 33 minutes from Béziers.

Charming little village house located in the historic center of Vias, 2 km from the sea and 1.5 km from the Canal du Midi, comprising on the ground floor, living room + open kitchen. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with bathroom and toilet. SMALL DETAIL: As indicated above, it is a village house which is what makes it charming and therefore, no parking space right in front! On the other hand, there are many opportunities to park nearby as there are free parking lots.

The cottage consists of 2 rooms, a living room and an incorporated kitchen, then a very spacious bedroom with a suite, WC and Bathroom.

Completely renovated, it is bright, spacious and has unobstructed river views. During your vacation in Roquebrun, you can swim in the Orb (300 meters away), canoe, hike or simply enjoy the house for a lazy moment, enjoying our local wines on the terrace.
