Fabulous place, location, and hosts. I highly recommend both. Kalk Bay is all charm. The apartment, top floor, has a wonderful view of the ocean and hills. Stunning. Easy secure walking into town. Lynne and Luiz are the best. The apartment is perfect in everyway: the bathtub overlooks the hills and with the sound of the ocean is all peace and comfort.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Christa’s.. the location and views were incredible - we ended up staying in and sitting at the balcony to enjoy undisturbed views of the sea and sunset almost everyday..the house was very cozy and made really well.. we would definitely stay here again whenever we’re in cape town next

We don’t usually leave reviews, but this stay truly deserves one. My family and I have stayed in amazing accommodations from Sziwetzlad to Monaco, and this one stands out as unforgettable. The view of Table Mountain is absolutely breathtaking a picture-perfect sight during the day and magical when the city lights come alive in the evening. The home was comfortable, well-kept, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a memorable Cape Town experience. Great value for money😊

Perfect spot in the heart of Seapoint. Walking distance to lots of cafes and restaurants and the awesome waterfront walk. The apartment was clean and well thought out. It had everything I needed. Plus as a female travelling alone I felt very safe in the space and the building. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Lisa’s home which is very hospitable and very close to the coffee shops and restaurants. Lisa is responsive and very friendly - she was also very flexible with a special request we asked of her. This is a recommended stay and host and would love to stay again!!

We had a lovely stay at Werner's place as two families with 5 adults and 3 kids. The space was the perfect size. Not too big that we felt disconnected from each other, but also not so small that we felt we were in each other's space. It's also a beautiful location, and just a few minutes walk to a winery. Very well stocked in terms of crockery and glassware. Will definitely book again!

One of our favorite features was the fireplace, which made the winter evenings feel extra special and added to the overall cozy atmosphere. The kitchen deserves a special mention—spacious, modern, and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for the whole family. It made preparing meals together a real pleasure. We just left Cape Town and our stay at Gareth’s beautiful home overlooking the beach below. It was even better than the photos! We woke to an amazing view of the sun rise each morning! The beds are super comfy and the rooms bright and airy during the day. Such an incredible experience. We loved being south of downtown Cape Town with easier access to Boulders Beach and Cape of Good Hope. We could have enjoyed spending an entire week soaking it all in. We would recommend this home to anyone visiting. It was also super safe secluded on the hillside with a secure garage and gated pathway to the home and off the beaten path.

Great accommodation. The place is beautiful. I would stay again anytime. Very responsive host. Walkable to Main Street restaurants and the grocery store.

We had the most incredible stay and cannot recommend this place highly enough! From the moment we arrived, Rozanne made us feel completely at home — she’s a truly exceptional host: warm, thoughtful, and always available if we needed anything. The home itself is stunning, with stylish and beautifully curated interior décor that strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. The indoor fireplace was a cozy highlight, and we spent unforgettable dinners at the indoor Braai (bbq) enjoying great food. And the view — absolutely to die for. Waking up to the sight of Springboks and Zebras roaming in the distance felt like something out of a dream. Despite its elegant design, the house was surprisingly child-friendly, making it an ideal getaway for our whole family. Every detail was considered. We’re already thinking of our return — next time, to catch the whales! Thank you again, Rozanne, for everything.

This was such a memorable experience. Spotless, beautiful,modern and at a good location. Enjoyed the king size bed and coffee and all the amenities. Alines dad was friendly,responsive and availing. I love the interior furnishings specifically the bath and the quiet tranqulity of the home as well the close proximity to whale coast mall and the waterfront. I would recommend this place to others and it was a wonderful commemoration of my parent's 70th birthday. .

The space was really relaxing and perfect for a holiday. So many amazing books! It was luxurious, spacious, central to everything in the city and we felt really safe. The cleanliness is impeccable. Great for groups who are in sync with bed time as upstairs bedroom and downstairs area can hear/see eachother. The lounge is so comfy for movie night with a huge tv, fantastic couch to comfortably seat everyone with soft throws. The main bedroom has a low door that you need to duck under, which can be tricky for night time loo trips. I'm a circus performer and my partner is a climber so we loved climbing the ladders. Abundant appliances: coffee maker, air fryer, blenders, washing machine and dryer. Joshua was so responsive when we needed anything and just lovely to communicate with. We loved staying here and I hope we can come back some day.

Stayed at Leo’s place for 4 nights. Timon was assisting us throughout. Very helpful. Always replied to our any questions at any time. We weren’t able to operate the heater, so he came down specially to show us and made a video also got an extra electric heater if we still can’t operate the manual one. Loved the place. It’s just perfect for 2 people and has everything you need for a comfortable stay with gorgeous views and near to all the restaurants and supermarkets We had a great time :)

Staying here was lovely. The view of the city is gorgeous and the apartment itself is stunningly decorated to give an at home feel. Which it does so easily. The plants in and around the apartment give it such a nice feel too. Overall it was lovely to stay here. walking distance from everything you could need too. This is a really well located and thoughtfully designed apartment. The kitchen is really well equipped and we appreciated the exercise equipment. Christelle and Mieta were also super helpful and accommodating when we ran into issues. Would definitely recommend.

I couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was conveniently close to safe walking areas, shops, a beautiful park & restaurants yet was in a relatively quiet road. The apartment is beautifully appointed with absolutely everything you need, especially in the kitchen. It’s light & airy with stunning views. You feel secure & totally at ease there. Very obliging staff, in all, everything to recommend it.

Wonderful location, stunning views, and really close to all the hotspots! Went out for a lovely morning of activities and capped of the adventure with a great canoe experience on Clifton 4th, just a few 100m from the accommodation! And let me not get started on the relaxation appeal the home has to offer! The sound of the ocean with pristine views…truly a beautiful and lovely expedition! Look forward to visiting here again
