We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

We had an amazing stay at Christian's house. The property is wonderful - modern, clean and spacious inside and the outside space is as good as it looks on the photos. We spent hours relaxing in the garden area. Christian had also thought of extra details to make the stay even more welcoming, like a hamper of local foods on arrival and care packages in the bedrooms. His communication was fantastic as well, very quick to respond and nothing was too much trouble - he booked us a shuttle back to the airport and even offered to pick us up when we arrived due to a train strike. All in all a brilliant stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

This home is absolutely stunning! Daniel warmly welcomed us on the first day and gave us a tour, making us feel right at home. The location is fantastic—perfectly situated between Bellagio and Como with breathtaking lake views. The bedrooms were incredibly spacious, and the open-concept kitchen allowed us to cook while enjoying the scenery. One recommendation: rent a small vehicle, as the roads are quite narrow and can be challenging if you're not used to them. Overall, a fantastic experience—we’ll definitely be coming back!

Sandra ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und mein Mann, ich und unsere Hündin haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und dem Sofa ist einmalig und die Küche hat alles was man sich wünschen kann. Eine Traumwohnung. Caroline's home was a wonderful fit for our family of five (2 adults, 3 kids). We found it spacious, practical, and very convenient. The kids especially loved the amazing garden, where we enjoyed many meals in the lovely weather. Caroline was also super responsive and friendly, and she was very flexible with our check-in and check-out, which was a great bonus. The frequent public transport on lines 7 and 1 made exploring the area easy.

Catalda en Sergio zijn zeer lieve, goede en gastvrije verhuurders. Bij vragen en eventuele onduidelijkheden wordt er snel en goed gecommuniceerd. Dit vanaf de hartelijke ontvangst tot en met ons vertrek. Casa Felice is echt een "juweeltje" die zij zelf hebben gebouwd en met smaak hebben ingericht. Het huis is ruim, gezellig en schoon. De goed uitgeruste keuken is groot, evenals de badkamer. Het uitzicht op Lago Maggiore is adembenemend mooi. Het kunstenaarsdorp Ronco waar Casa Felice is gelegen is klein, bijzonder leuk en zeer rustig. Terwijl je in Cannobio, op enkele minuten rijden met de auto, vele faciliteiten hebt. In deze gezellige en levendige plaats zijn vele restaurants en 2 supermarkten. Casa Felice verdient van ons een dikke 10!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Alles war super ausgestattet und total sauber und einladend. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Küche war sogar so eingerichtet, dass man so gut wie nichts von Zuhause mitbringen musste. Die Aussicht war ebenfalls traumhaft und der Aufstieg zum Haus lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Tobias ist ein super Gastgeber! Wir haben sofort genaue Infos zum Check-in und alles weitere erhalten. Der Kontakt war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für die tolle Zeit in Brissago und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Alles bestens wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos. Bestens in 10 Minuten von der Bussstation zu erreichen. Schönes historisches Gebäude mit stilvoller Einrichtung.

Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr spontan und somit kurzfristig gebucht und alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Sogar Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden bereitgestellt. Ilario und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war gut. Wir können die Unterkunft mit Haus eigenem See Zugang sehr empfehlen.

This is the place!!!! it does not really matter if the weather is good or bad!!! it just feels amazing to get your coffee in the balcony enjoying the view!!! Een goed verborgen parel in de bergen, deze historische rustico die zo mooi gelegen is en sfeervol ingericht. Bij aankomst, voelden we ons gelijk thuis, en iedere dag genoten we van de verschillende hangplekken en uitzichten, en de mooie trips die vanuit het huis zo te maken zijn. Armin reageerde snel, had goeie tips en is heel gastvrij. Een absolute aanrader!

Das Rustico ist super gelegen im unteren Teil des Verzascatals. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber und es waren sogar Kaffekapseln vorhanden. Das Highlight ist der Sitzplatz mit Blick auf den See und die Berge. Ein Gasgrill steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Es ist ein wunderbares ruhiges und privates Haus am Rand des Ortes von Palanzo mit Blick auf den See und die Berge. Die beiden großen Fenster schauen auf die üppigen grünen Terrassen gegenüber. Die Qualitäten des Ortes und des alten kleinen Hauses wurden mit großem Können zu einem harmonischen Ganzen neu gestaltet. Wir haben uns hier sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten tolle Tage in der Unterkunft, es war sehr ordentlich und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten mit dem Wetter nicht sehr glück, konnten jedoch den „Fernsehraum“ ausgiebig nutzen. Es wurde immer sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert und wir fühlten uns toll aufgehoben. Der kleine Badeabschnitt ist ein Highlight und mir konnten noch die SUP Bretter nutzen, hat sehr spass gemacht.
