Cheerful house with sauna outside, boat, private quay and boathouse

Great house with its own dock and boathouse. The property also has its own outdoor Sauna . Plenty of equipment that can be used as bicycles, pizza oven in the bullpen, a fire pit by the sea, including a boat (6 hp). The house is otherwise fully equipped with everything you might need. Short distance to Molde, Atlanterhavsveien, Trollstigen and Geiranger. Here is the peace and good atmosphere for everyone. Good parking space. We have two other boats that may be rented. One is a 16 ft with 25 hp and the other is a 17ft Buster X bowrider with 70 hp. See photos

This beautiful cottage is located just a few steps from the sandy beach, and has a stunning view of sunsets, the ocean, mountains and islands. It is suitable for singles, couples, friends and families. The kids love playing on the beach, and the area has lots of opportunities for hiking and exploring. The house was built in 2014 and is modern and light, with a warm atmosphere. Two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and livingroom. Ålesund is the nearest city. You can get there by car, bus or boat.

It's a great place for just relaxing, and enjoying the fabulous view, but also an excellent starting point for sightseeing, hiking, swimming or fishing in the fjord/river. Recharge at this unique and tranquil place to stay. A Faro/rowboat can be available for fishing trips at Vågen in the summer months. Lovely view to the sea and mountains and very good sun conditions. Walking distance to beach, grocery store and bus stop. Nice hiking opportunities in the area. 15 min drive to Devold in Langevåg, 10 minutes to Moa and 25 minutes to Ålesund.
