Paty's place is a comfortable and charming apartment in the heart of Condesa. The location is ideal - a 12 minute walk to Chapultepec Park, short walks to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors - and conveniently situated on a broad avenue that was surprisingly quiet. The living space was pleasant and spacious with a small balcony to enjoy coffee or have some fresh air. Paty was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations and instructions. We would stay here again on a future trip!

One of the most aesthetic Air BnBs you will ever stay at with a modern design, great amenities, and a desirable location. The host provided clear instructions and was kind enough to add a guest who joined our party last minute without any issues. The Air BnB has a sleek clean, peaceful ambiance, a nice rooftop view of the surrounding area, and many highly rated restaurants within walking distance. The Air BnB also functions as a hotel with 24-hour front desk services, house cleaning, and security. The gentleman at the front desk was always pleasant and would open and hold the door for us upon entering/exiting the residence. Overall a 10 out of 10 stay, and would come again. I completely enjoyed my 10 week stay at Maria Luisa's apartment. The Roma Norte location was perfect and the walk to my language school was beautiful, much of it on Av Amsterdam. I enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony watching birds in the lovely trees screening the balcony from the street. The building is secure and the neighborhood felt safe. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. I had some confusion about the TV which was my fault for not realizing the "smart TV" listing meant being connected to the internet for Netflix etc. but without cable to receive local TV channels. Once I understood that, everything was fine. The apartment was comfortable and full of natural light. The shower was great, no issues with water pressure or hot water. I would recommend this apartment and stay there again.

Perfectly located if you want to be in the middle of the action in one of the busiest neighborhoods in CDMX. Lots to do within footsteps of the apt. The apartment was spotless, and well equipped for your typical stay. One thing of note is that you are on a busy street, and will have some noise noticeable in the apartment. I’m from New York and that is par for the course for me, but some might have trouble with it. The bed rooms are located towards the back of the apartment so I didn’t have any issues sleeping. This apartment is in a very lively neighborhood so you should spend as much time as you can outside enjoying it.

Amazing stay! Amazing location, new and amazing amenities. Gym, pool, coworking space you name it, they had it. We have a 5 month old and he loved the play room downstairs. Overall great experience and great stay.

Everything was excellent. The place is as shown in the photos: modern, very clean, with good privacy and fast wifi. It has security at the entrance, which gives peace of mind. The area is quiet and safe, and is well connected to public transport. It's about 15 minutes from the Autodromo and the GNP Stadium, so it's ideal if you're going to an event. The host was very attentive and gave us good recommendations. Definitely a very good option to stay in this area.

We had an incredible stay in this beautiful home! The space was comfortable, stylish, and perfectly located in the heart of Condesa—a street that feels like a little bubble of peace and luxury. The tree-lined streets, lush parks, and endless cafés make it such a joy to explore, and so much is within walking distance. It was the perfect place to return to after a day of wandering through Mexico City. Our host was communicative, welcoming, and made everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a serene yet vibrant home base in CDMX!

Roberto was proactive, extremely helpful, responsive and helped to coordinate a taxi to and from the airport. He was even able to accommodate an earlier check-in and later check-out when our flights were delayed. The apartment was cozy, clean and the balcony with the hammock is a beautiful touch. Loved that there was 24-hour security. The place was exactly as described and located in a great neighborhood, not too far from everything that CDMX has to offer. I would definitely recommend staying here! We had such an amazing time. Thanks, Roberto!

Great location, walkable but also 10-15 minutes from the angel of independence & a bus stop. There is a lot of food nearby, from restaurants to street vendors and also coffee shops. So glad I stayed here vs Condesa/Roma Norte. 7-eleven and oxxo were also very close by. Would recommend this airbnb/location for solo travelers or women travelers. My friend and I felt very safe and the security personnel was friendly and helpful. Loved the private rooftop/patio as well, it was perfect to catch a sunset or enjoy a meal.

The place is very safe and private, even though it is close to the subway, the noises of the road are not perceived, the place is quiet and has services around it

Very delightful

I loved the location, the Tacubaya subway station is a 10-minute walk away and right outside there are buses that leave you on the avenue in 3 minutes. Good location, easy access and lots of transportation to get around. The place is clean, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is simple but very tasty.

We were very comfortable and it has a terrace with a beautiful view of the city. Thank you for all the kindness and attention 🙏🏼
