Quiet, secluded and close to nature, there is this cozy one-room with kitchen, suitable for 2-4 guests. The apartment is 34 sqm and has newly renovated, tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4 people at the dining table as well as a private laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed as well as comfortable sofa bed for 2 sleepers. Great newly renovated house/cottage is located to be in Løberød in the middle of Skåne. The cottage is fully equipped with an electric kettle Private parking in a large plot. Patio. Located peaceful but changed centrally close to bus 5-7min (Esløv/Lund/Malmö) and then the hoist to the iron wall. Walking distance to food counter, affair, pharmacy and Skåneleden with many hiking possibilities. Ringsjøstrand is about 15 km away with possibilities before swimming, restaurant and mini golf.

Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. We have chickens and a cat. Beautiful nature. 15 minutes by car to Lund city. 22 minutes to Malmö. Welcome :)
