We were looking for a good place near Olegário Maciel Street and the Barra Beach Clubs, the apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. Ayres.. What a great stay. We have felt very much at home here and comfortable. Everything was clean and Ayres helped us well with everything. He took us to the local bakery and helped us order food when we arrived very late the first night. A lovely man, with a lovely family. we would definitely recommend!

Monica was very hospitable and we were very comfortable since the reception. She is very fine people, she has a good conversation and has given us several stays about locomotion and what to do in the Flamengo region. The house is in a very charming and super safe villa. It's near the subway and has a good variety of buses. A find! The room that was made available to me is large, has a comfortable bed, air-conditioned and a bathroom in front, which only my friend and I use. Super recommend staying with her!!!

The apartment has a great view, I really liked the room and the accommodations, clean sheets and bathroom too. Very well located and safe, and also easy to access to take an Uber or if you order delivery. I recommend it and we will definitely come back next time.

My second time and I can only sum it up in one word: PERFECT! It's already my favorite place when I need to sleep in Niterói! It's the best Airbnb experience anyone could wish for!! The place is great. Easy to find, well located between Barra and Recreio and the building has several amenities, such as a swimming pool, spa, sauna and restaurant/bar, as well as a market. The space itself is very clean, large and has a great bed. The owner, Elaine, is always available and left everything great in the reservation.

Amazing apartment with everything you need, the decor is beautiful and everything very organized!! Isadora was a sweetheart along with her father, they left us all the way for Easter. We are extremely happy with the choice of this apartment and we will definitely return more often!
