Highly recommended. We felt right at home when we checked into this beautifully done apartment, which is brighter and cozier than it looks in the Photos. Sarah & Emanuel are very gracious hosts, always responsive & providing recommendations for restaurants.

The hosts Maria and Karl were very welcoming on our arrival. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. This place has everything you need. We were given good local knowledge of where to eat and where supermarkets were located. They recommended Jakob Hotel in Nittenau for food, excellent for our needs. Very friendly hosts. Would definitely come here again if in the area.

We felt very comfortable - especially great is the sauna and the opportunity to bathe in the neighboring swimming pond. The great surroundings offer many more possibilities.

We were very kindly received by Doris and her husband and felt immediately comfortable. Everything you need is there, we have recovered well in the 4 days. The area is fantastic and there are many hiking trails right outside the front door. We were there with our 2 dogs and highly recommend the small apartment!

Absolutely loved it! For someone looking for peace of mind this is absolute heaven. Haven’t slept this good in years. And the place is just super cute vintage. Created with love, care and aesthetics. Absolutely outstanding! Just make sure to check the bus situation or take a Bolt if you don’t have a car, because google maps told me about a bus stop that didn’t exist.

The apartment leaves nothing to be desired - super equipped, absolutely clean, Sylvia is an insanely great host, you feel at home! 😊 In advance, the age of the child was even asked in order to prepare age-appropriate toys - a dream! The superbly equipped garden leaves nothing to be desired for young and old, and the pool, which can be shared, is the absolute cherry on top! All in all, an all-round successful stay - thank you very much! 😊

We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment is cosy, clean, comfy bed, great shower and we had all we needed for our self contained stay. Patrizia was extremely helpful with suggestions for the area. We had a fabulous walk from the apartment to Walhalla and back via an old castle. Very nice and flexible hosts, we made our stopover there on the way to and from Austria and were received in a very friendly manner. Incredibly fast response time, there was an immediate answer to every question. The apartment itself is even nicer than in the photos, large, great layout and superbly equipped. In short: a dream! Very clean, beautiful and modern accommodation. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need (e.g. also a washer-dryer). Very good location near the city center and university. A little loud with the window open due to the adjacent main street, but not disturbing with the window closed (well insulated). Would book here again.

We were now a second time as guests at Renate. We felt very comfortable. The proximity to the old town, but also the quiet residential area, just perfect. There was nothing missing. In addition, Renate is an excellent host, the communication was super easy, friendly and fast. Always happy. We are already looking forward to the next time.

A great place to feel good even for a longer time. Super nice and practically furnished! The location is perfect in Deggendorf. You are immediately at the market square and the cinema is right next door! Just a 10-minute walk to TH Deggendorf! Communication with Eva and Helmut was great!

We were at the property for a short family weekend. The apartment was just right for cozy sitting together and exploring St. Englmar. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back :)

We highly recommend the place. Have been in many other accommodations, but here the inventory was very tasteful and everything very new and very clean, the beds very good. We will be happy to come back. It was very loving in detail, such as dog bowl, toys for the children, detergent,…

We spent a week in Deggendorf with Johanna and Johann, who are very attentive and friendly hosts. The penthouse is cozy, practical and tastefully furnished. The beds are comfortable. We had caught a lot of rain and so instead of hiking we got to know some museums, e.g. the museums in the village (crafts and local history).

Super nice apartment, we felt right at home. We look forward to the next time. ;-)

Our stay at this beautiful place was just perfect! The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, extremely well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We also got to know Katrin's mother briefly. She gave us a few tips for the area. ☺️ The highlight for us was the private whirlpool including the possibility to watch series. Thanks to the manual, we were able to manage everything easily on our own. Katrin would also have been very easy to reach for any questions. I am looking forward to my next stay there! We had a great time in the apartment with the Adam family. Very cozy, lovingly furnished and well-equipped apartment. The sauna and whirlpool (€20 per use) are also a great addition. Alois was very friendly, courteous and we were even able to check in later than advertised. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be.

We were able to relax well. The apartment is great and uncomplicated for loading and unloading luggage. The swimming pool is great and we also liked the rest of the complex. The surroundings are very beautiful and were fantastic in the beautiful weather, which we had during our time there. The apartment is well equipped, with everything you need to stay longer. There is even a possibility to use a washer-dryer. The bed is simple and good, we were able to sleep restfully. The kitchen is well equipped and even has a dishwasher. I think for a small apartment it offers a lot of amenities. Price - performance we found very good. Thank you!

Apartment is very nice. Andrea offered us clear instructions about the check-in and amenities of the place. She made everything easy for us and we knew where to find everything inside the resort. We felt ourselves well welcomed.

Our weekend in Wackersdorf was really relaxing and the apartment is very clean and has a good location. Communication with Gisela was totally straightforward and we were even able to extend our stay by a few hours. We would come back
