The impeccable accommodation and the host, very friendly, you can't ask for more, all the facilities for a place with an unbeatable location. the elevator would have been the icing but that is not in the hands of the host, otherwise the location is worth it and as I say the attention compensates. highly recommended.

The accommodation was located very close to the beach. There were many local shops nearby, plus supermarkets and a 12-hour open pharmacy. Also, there was an area to be able to take the pet out for a walk.

We had a great stay at Pedro’s apartment. Pedro greeted us upon arrival, gave us recommendations for local restaurants, and was a very responsive host. The apartment has beautiful views and was within walking distance of great restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time last week at Carmen’s place. She met us when we arrived and gave us some tips and left some instructions which were very clear. The place is great. It really is right next to a lovely beach and the area is beautiful. We did a lot of cycling but be aware there aren’t many cycle paths. Thé appartement was a perfect size for a family of 4. For five days it's great, having a single room and two bathrooms was very comfortable. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. And it's close to the highway/highway exit.

We had a great stay in this very well-equipped and quiet house. Everything is easily accessible (beach 3 minutes' walk). The instructions were very clear and allowed us to be fully autonomous. We would recommend this house without hesitating!

We had 6 nights in this large and rural house. It’s perfect for family stays with 3 separate bedrooms but the main attraction is outside, there is so much outside seating / dining with the pool, trampoline and play house. It’s in a very quiet area, really the only passing people are there to see the bufones. It was hard to locate the house initially but after that, the hosts were fantastic to deal with. A great, relaxing stay!

Frsncisco's apartment is ideal for spending a few days with the family. It has everything you might need, and they have it very well maintained. And Francisco is super attentive at all times from the beginning. It's nice to go to a place like this.

Cristina has been charming, very helpful, she has been attentive with everything. The apartment has been very clean and well kept. It is very close to different places to have a drink on the promenade, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner (very recommended "La Luna", but you have to go well in advance to take place). The area is very quiet, for a walk it is very good and both Gijón and Oviedo are half an hour away by car. 100% recommended this accommodation, only with the proximity and the good treatment of the hosts is very worth it.

Have a nice day in surprising Gijón. From 5 high you can see the dogs on the beach, the surfers in the sea, it never gets bored. Nice city and the apartment is in a great place.

The location is unbeatable, a couple of minutes walking from the promenade. The apartment was super impeccable and is very cozy for a couple who is going to spend a few days in Gijón. Communication with Sergio was very fluid, as it took very little to answer when we wrote to him. The only bad thing is the people who start screaming in the early morning street, since you can hear a lot on the floor, but otherwise, I would repeat this place.

Both Marta and Javier were very attentive to making our stay perfect. The apartment is ideal with all the luxury of details, home automation, very well decorated to create a very cozy atmosphere, very comfortable room and with everything you may need to spend a stay as if you were at home. They had a great welcome gift with a personalized message and were flexible with our arrival time, letting us in even earlier. Unbeatable location in the very center. Gemma was attentive at all times, both in the days before our arrival, recommending restaurants and parking lots and making sure that our baby was comfortable, and during the weekend asking us if everything was okay. The accommodation is in a perfect place with everything nearby, restaurants, beach, port...

This accommodation is a real gem! The apartment is spacious, bright, and extremely tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything is given to make you feel at home. The panorama from the terrace is breathtaking – the view of the ocean is simply magical. We were greeted by a pleasant smell throughout the house, and everything was sparkling clean. Every little detail reveals that the comfort of the guests is really important. It was a wonderful experience, it was a pleasure to stay here!

The house is great. It is very welcoming and very clean. We didn't make any food in the house but from what we saw there were all kinds of cooking utensils. In addition to the details of Nieves! Communication was great. And the best thing about the house that terrace with a view to the river!! To see the area of Villaviciosa, Lastres, Gijón, Oviedo, etc very well located. Highly recommended house!!
