The cozy apartment (45 square meters) was renovated in 2024 and can be reached in 5 minutes from the A45 highway connection! Located in the basement of our house, it has a fully equipped kitchen-living room (one sleeping space) with TV and daylight bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The separate bedroom with single bed and sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) offers additional sleeping space for up to two adults. Our house is located in a quiet residential area. REWE is a 2-minute walk away.

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

Very nice in-law apartment

The basement apartment is located in a detached house. Approx. 3 minutes to the A45, but still very good and quiet location. Separate entrance (staircase). Apartment is about 45 square meters, a large bathroom with tub, one bedroom. The living room is combined with a kitchenette. Netto market is a 3-minute walk away. The accommodation should be booked for at least two nights, as the cleaning effort is very high; thank you very much.

Schöne Wohnung mit Balkon in Rodenbach, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Frankfurt und Hanau. In der Nähe gibt es idyllische Waldgebiete und Seen - also Natur allgemein- zu entdecken. Der größere Einzelhandel ist keine 5 Autominuten entfernt. Fußläufig ist die Bäckerei binnen einer Minute zu erreichen. The four of us had a great stay in Hösbach. The beautiful house and the surroundings with the bamboo garden speak for themselves. The Bamboo House is an architectural masterpiece. Everything perfect for a relaxed extended weekend. Thanks again to Stefanie for the unique experience in the bamboo garden/house. Would love to come back anytime!

I can only recommend the apartment. It is totally cozily furnished and you immediately feel very comfortable. It corresponds to the photos in all areas. It is a very nice and very quiet residential area. S. is a super and very likeable hostess. Check-in was very flexible and she is always very accessible and responds very quickly. Everything was totally straightforward and very personal. Just great!

We stayed there for two nights with baby and dog. It was very pleasant that we were able to check in via a key safe, as we arrived very late in the evening. Communication with Lars was consistently very fast and very polite. The accommodation was pleasantly clean, we lacked nothing. For walking with the dog, fields and forests can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. You can also easily lie on the sofa bed for two nights, but you should not be taller than 1.60 m if you want to lie comfortably.
