Holiday rentals with a pool in Rodanthe

Paradise!! This home makes you feel like you’re living in paradise! The pictures capture the home but to be there live is on another level! The home was extremely clean and fit our family of 7 perfectly but could have easily added more people to the home. We cooked every day and all cooking utensils we needed were in the home. We walked to Food Lion and Duck Donuts (10-15 min) because there is a sidewalk on the main road. I would absolutely come back to this home and would HIGHLY recommend The Beach House to everyone I know who would like to visit OBX.

Second year staying here!! Absolutely perfect for our family! Loved the updated inclosed stairway going down into the backyard/pool area, made taking our dogs out much more convenient. Love this house and its surroundings! From the walk to the beach or short drive to restaurants and activities this place has become one of our favorites! The hosts are great and very responsive, the house is fresh and inviting, the backyard/pool area is private and peaceful and the location is great! Will definitely be visiting again in the future!

Our family loved this house! The kitchen is well-equipped with anything you might need even for the little ones. Everything was organized and clean! If we travel back to Rodanthe, we will definitely book again!!

Great location, easy access, cleanest jacuzzi I've seen, fantastic pool, close to the beach through a 100 yard trek through some brush, a path with stairs, and a mid-sized dune. Comments from my friends: 1) a lot of stairs and incline beach access for people with mobility issues. 2) Game room is completely separate from the rest of the house. 3) No staircase to top floor from the deck, but no biggie. 4) Great spaces and amenities, but bathrooms do not have fans or opening windows so watch out there.

Our stay at changing tides in the Outer Banks was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views and the short 30 second walk to the pristine beach. The house itself is a perfect blend of coastal charm and modern comfort, with a fabulous kitchen, hot tub, and very well appointed living spaces. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the thoughtful touches made our vacation effortless and relaxing. The location in Duck was ideal—close to local restaurants, shops, and attractions like iconic duck donuts haha, nearby cute places to eat , yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The host was incredibly responsive. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at Dan’s place. The house is on a secluded lot and there are no houses on either side or behind the house. It is very walkable to the beach and the road is quiet. The grocery store is a 10 minute drive away. We enjoyed the porches and the beautiful sunsets in the evening. We had a large extended family staying together and the layout of the house was conducive for coming together for meals but also gave everyone space to spread out and rest. It was so nice that each bedroom had a private bathroom. The elevator was an important feature for our group because of some mobility issues. We enjoyed having a hot tub and pool but the pool is not heated. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked. Each guest received one towel and one washcloth. For some that might be enough, but others may need to plan to wash towels and washcloths if you are staying more than just a couple of days (there’s a washer and dryer). Overall, we had a great time and hope to be able to return!

The beach house was in an amazing location close to beach access and local restaurants. Rooms are very large and could accommodate a big group with lots of space. The pool and pool area was a great bonus. We spent a lot of time on the front deck for meals and hanging out. The owners were quick to respond to inquiries and very friendly. We hope to visit again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay here as a family with small children. There were only a couple other people at the condominium so the pool was always available and parking was easy. I liked how you get to park underneath the condos so your car stays shaded. The lock code to the stairwell and elevator made us feel secure. There were plenty of nice beach items to use in the storage including wagon, umbrella, and chairs. Each room had plenty of beach towels and bath towels. The walk to the beach was minimal. The only cons were loud vehicles since you are close to the road and one ceiling fan not working in a bedroom but that didn’t bother us! Overall it is a great place and exceeded our expectations!

The condo was very charming with new appointments and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed sunrise each morning and the sound of the waves crashing each night. The kitchen was well equipped and had sufficient space for the two of us. It was also nice to have both a full and half bath as well as a door between the sink area and toilet/shower in the full bath. Having several options for coffee with espresso, drip, and a Keurig was a big plus A few observations we want to share. It would be very tight to fit 6 people in the place but you could comfortably have two couples or a couple with two kids with the second pair on the sleeper sofa. Overall it was a great stay for our anniversary weekend!!!

This is the second time that I have stayed at Donna‘s place and again it did not disappoint. Donna is a great host, and is very responsive. The grounds and the pool are beautiful and the quality of the rental is top-notch. I will be back again

The place was exactly what we were looking for. We were in town for the Jazz Fest which was across the street, so it was perfect. The beach was a little bit of a walk, but wasn't the primary reason for our visit so it was fine. The place is really cute and comfortable.

I booked this location for our 2 year anniversary and it was an incredible stay. The view was perfect and the house was everything we needed for a few days stay. Gene was incredibly kind and even allowed us to check in early which worked out perfectly for us. The listing was just as described and honestly much more head space in the main room than we originally thought. The internet was great which was incredibly useful for our remote work. Couldn't recommend a better stay in the OBX for the price and location.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—just a short, easy walk to the beach, grocery stores, and great restaurants. One thing we especially loved was that the place had cable TV with all the local channels. It was such a pleasant surprise since so many rentals have switched to streaming only. Perfect for a quick getaway. We really appreciated everything and would definitely stay again!

Rebecca is a great host. We felt right at home and the place is lovely. The entire condo was shining clean. It was a nice touch to have shampoos etc and towels ready. The walk in shower was a delight. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to cook. Yes overall the kitchen served our needs. We found the beds to be the best ever and we stay on ObX annually for 40 years!! Definitely great sleep. Thanks for a great week.

This is our 3rd time staying here! Has a beautiful view, great access to the beach and a nice pool, which is so great to break up the day. We traveled with two adults and two children perfect amount of space. Little dated inside but has everything you need. We come for the location, because it’s so good! As other reviews have said there is a rental above you. We had one night of very late night noise but other than that it was a wonderful stay, we will be coming back!
