Holiday rentals with a patio in Rocky River

This Condo was beautiful definitely looked like the picture. The location is great everything is walking distance. The view of lake erie was so pretty. I really enjoyed my stay and cant wait to go back

Chad’s place was very centrally located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a great diner for breakfast as well as close to other amenities. He was always responsive if you had any questions or concerns. His place is decorated with nice furniture that match the decor of the rest of the house. He had plenty of coffee and snacks available as well. The next time I find myself traveling to Cleveland, I will definitely check to see if Chad’s place is available. You won’t be disappointed!

The location was great - very walkable to anything at Case Western or Little Italy. The parking space was awesome - easy to access, off the street and you didn't have to worry about others who parked there.

We were in Cleveland for College graduation. Great location, walkable to everything we needed to do. Great restaurants, bars, stores around this location. Room was as described in listing, check in and check out easy. Building clean and security great going in and out. Overall, I would recommend this listing to others visiting the Cleveland area. You will be very satisfied.

This was my first ever stay at an Airbnb……It was everything I saw when I looked through pictures, decided to booked and then some!!! My 1 & only bothersome was other tenants of the property used the front porch to hang out on & smoke…. Just made it feel awkward to sit outside to regroup & relax …. at times you could hear them talking through front windows…but again I knew it wasn’t a completely private location when I booked soo I was by no means upset. Also I do not think this reflected poorly on my host but would be something I would want to mention to me if I was the homeowner - I actually have to return to the area in October & once I have the dates will keep my fingers crossed this location is available again!!!! Highly recommend, very clean and comfortable. Located above a chiropractic office, very nice building. Also, it is located on a busy street so pretty noisy and bring your own pillow if you're picky or have neck issues.

Had an amazing stay! The space was clean, cozy, and the host was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this place for your next visit in Parma.

I have stayed here on past trips and it has always been an amazing experience. I will definitely try and stay here on any future stays in the area.

I booked this listing for a small bachelorette party, everything about it was perfect! The house was clean, everyone had their own room, and the living room provided a fun space to play board games. The location was super walkable to all the places we went in Ohio City and the vibe was immaculate. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were also very nice. We had a great time here and I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location, amenities, and wonderful front porch!

This place worked out great. The kid loved the upstairs room they had to themselves with their own bathroom. Enjoy the hot tub when you stay.

Nothing fancy but it is clean and comfortable. I liked the extra touch of having coffee and tea available.

Kevin's place is a great location for all of the greater Cleveland area. It is especially convenient to the airport which was a big bonus for us. We have family south and east of Cleveland, and it was easy to get to all locations because Kevin's home is close to highways. The home met all of our needs during our holiday visit.

Nice quiet neighborhood, walkable to great restaurants and fun things to do. House is tastefully decorated and has everything we needed.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Maureen’s house! My youngest nephew was graduating from college, so we came in for a quick visit. Her house was very easy to find, and I appreciated the keyless entry at the front door. Her house has a warm and cozy feel. We had a pretty full weekend, so it was nice to come back and relax.

Great place to stay. Very quiet and nice neighborhood! The pool and hot tub was a bonus!! Would definitely recommend!!

This place is AWESOME! Great location & very safe. Great views. Newly remodeled and GORGEOUS!! Wonderful place with all the essentials you could want! Marisa is a WONDERFUL host. She worked hard to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Close to all events downtown so you can walk to everything so you don't have to deal with parking! We had a great stay (saw AC/DC) & if we come back, will definately look Marisa up!!

Jonathan was a great host. He kept in touch and was quick to respond. This location is near plenty of attractions and very walkable to the Flats, Rock & Roll HOF, and all the sports stadiums. Awesome rooftop patio and very cozy. We highly recommend staying here!

Amazing little place to stay, perfect for our mini vacation. The area was super walkable and parking was easy to find. The condo had all the amenities you could need and as a bonus the water pressure was great. I would definitely book again.

This was a good place to stay. The apartment is well equipped and the living area is pretty comfortable. Could use a better coffee table. The provided food stuffs are a really nice touch. The beds are small for 2 people, but comfortable. The bedroom windows definitely need black out curtains since there is a bright light outside. Bring your eyemask! Laundry is great to have. Shower is nice, and plenty of towels. Parking is convenient. Tanesha is responsive and friendly in her communication.

Suriya was a wonderful host. She made sure that the house was in great condition and works very hard to keep it that way. She made an effort consistently to make sure that I had everything that I needed. She made accommodations for me when things in the house were not available, and she went above and beyond to leave nice little surprises throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic area. My summer up in Cleveland would not have been as good if I was not staying here.

The condo was great! Clean and the bed was very comfortable. Hot tub was relaxing . Mike was very responsive, even though we didn't need much extra help. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!
