Amazing space and everything you need and more. You will go to explore and can’t wait until you return. Very convenient location to all of the favorite locations. We did a party of 8 but can easily accommodate more! Highly recommend the chef and house keeping recommendations. Very 5 star and high end WOW experience!

When they say "Heaven on Earth," they mean it. Excellent communication and recommendations prior to the stay. The check-in process was an informative walk-through, which we were grateful to have had so we knew the ins and outs of this wonderful space. The house itself is well-suited to the 3 bedrooms, with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their privacy, but also cozy enough that we still felt like we were on vacation together. Beautiful decor, super comfy beds and lounging areas, very nice bathrooms, incredibly well-appointed kitchen with all of the cookware and spices one could want. But, the outdoor spaces are really the star of this show. There are so many inviting spots to lounge in outside, from the gorgeous terrace overlooking the valley, to the amazing pool/spa area, to the many different seating areas throughout the trails that run directly behind the house, to the terrace fire table where we ended each evening. It's an expansive, peaceful, and truly beautiful property!

Great property, very clean and in a nice new neighborhood. Nicely appointment kitchen with outdoor barbecue and was great for family meals. Palisades Village was right up the street for snacks and coffee. Property was fast to response to any questions. Would recommend for a family or large group.

This was a beautiful Airbnb. The views are breathtaking — you feel tucked away in the trees, but you’re just minutes from the adorable downtown Truckee and a quick, easy drive to Lake Tahoe. The home itself is spacious, clean, and stocked with every thing you could need. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into creating a warm, welcoming, and cozy environment — we felt right at home. Deborah and Steve were kind, responsive, and full of great tips. If you have the opportunity to stay here, don’t hesitate — it’s really special!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Monarch Retreat in Steamboat, Colorado, and it exceeded all our expectations. The house offered breathtaking views and a prime location near the ski mountain, making it a perfect retreat for outdoor enthusiasts. This house was absolutely stunning and in a quiet and peaceful setting on Donner Lake. Kitchen is beautiful, stocked well. Beds extremely comfortable and nice rooms, will be back! Back deck has tons of seating, loved the fire pit/BBQ. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The apartment was nice and each room was big - it was in fact like 3 hotel rooms combined into one apartment. It was spacious and in a good location. It was missing just a few amenities for the price we paid, like tea and sugar (there was one tea capsule and a plastic bag of splenda). I think if you're booking a luxury stay, it should be luxury in the details as well :) Overall it was a nice place and the communication was good. Would book again!
