Cheerful 4 bedroom home, big yard great for family
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our home has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms with a bonus game room that features a pull out couch bed, multi use game table and laundry! It has a large yard with outdoor games, bar, firepit and tables to eat and enjoy the fresh air! Also, it’s just a few miles away from Top Golf, Sunsplash, Quarry Park, and Thunder Valley Casino! Folsom Lake is 8 miles away, and we’re only an hour from the Boreal Mountain for fun in the snow!

This charming single-story home is centrally located & fully equipped to make you feel like your home away from home! Premium linens, pool towels, coffee bar, Roku TV’s & WiFi await you. Fantastic location ~ ½ mile to Old Town Roseville with awesome dining, shopping & history. The backyard has a pool (with diving board!), covered patio adorned with bistro lights & BBQ. Horton farm cottage located on 40 acres.
Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.
