The essentials – charming house

The vacation home "L'essentiel" is located in the small authentic village of Resteigne, on the edge of Lesse, a few kilometers from Han-sur-Lesse and Rochefort, offering the possibility to discover the Famenne and the Ardennes. Recently renovated (2024) while maintaining its authenticity and soul, it will allow you to get away from it all in a warm setting. Warning: my place is exclusively for rent via AirBnb. Renovated apartment on the second floor of the owner's house. It includes an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, electric stove, fridge), a living room, a bedroom, a mezzanine, a bathroom and a terrace reserved for tenants. Access to the apartment is via a common corridor with the owner. Amenities: TV, VCR, radio, Wi-Fi. It is located close to the city center, cinema, Ravel, swimming pool, many restaurants and tourist places nearby.
