Holiday rentals with beach access in Roche

Antonio's apartment was just as described. A minute away from the beach to enjoy a morning walk or a 30 minute walk to the historic part of the city. Access to a variety of restaurants gave us many options to choose from and enjoy the Spanish cuisine.Overall a great apartment and excellent service.

Es el segundo año que hemos estado y de nuevo lo hemos pasado genial, encontrándonos como en casa, el apartamento sigue estando genial en todo, limpio, equipado de todo, cama muy cómoda, wifi que va muy bien, playa (maravillosa) cercana, zona tranquila y arbolada, recomendable para cualquier persona. De valoración le doy un 10, volveré a repetir sin duda alguna. Silvia es una anfitrióna que está atenta en todo y agradables

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alfonso. L'appartement est très bien équipé ( climatisation, machine à laver, aspirateur, literie impeccable, vaisselle nombreuses...) très propre et le parking est un réel plus. Une fois la voiture garée, vous pouvez tout faire à pied: centre ville et plage. La vue est magnifique du 8e étage. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The flat was cozy and comfortable and we loved the upstairs terrace. It is large with beautiful plants, tables and sun loungers and we used it a lot. Everywhere is in easy walk including all the restaurants and the beach. We loved Conil and Juani’s place too!

It is rare to have such a beautiful Airbnb that is very affordable. Incredibly taste in deco and manages to brighten up every corner with a special arrangement. We really enjoyed the shared breakfast/afternoon tea area, which made us feel like a luxury hotel. The bed is very comfortable, and the sound insulation is quite good. It is very convenient, and one can wander into many historical landmarks within a few minutes' walk. The parking provided is super nice, a plus to have. It is not easy to find a parking spot without paying in this old town area. Many great restaurants nearby provide cheap but superbly tasty meals.

Muy recomendable! Es un alojamiento muy práctico si van en auto ya que hay estacionamientos cerca. Todo el tiempo nos sentimos como en casa! Las indicaciones y la comunicación con Diego fue muy buena. Mucha flexibilidad con el check-in y check-out. Diego fue muy amable y considerado con nosotros.

Fantástica ubicación, muy cerquita del mar y del centro de Conil. El apartamento es tal y como se describe y está impecable. Javier es super amable y atento, da gusto tratar con él. Repetiremos seguro!

Het huis met verschillende terrassen ligt op een prachtige lokatie en op loopafstand van zee, hetgeen ideaal is voor de kite-surfers. Het nestje jonge honden in de tuin was een aangename verrassing. Het huis is gezellig ingericht. De eigenaren waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, evenals de hulp die er rond liep.

Vivir unos días la experiencia que facilita esta casa frente al mar ha sido todo un placer. Un placer y oasis. Lo mejor, poder ver el mar desde prácticamente toda la casa y poder cocinar frente al mar. Disfrutamos mucho del cuidado jardin Es el lugar ideal para desaparecer y descansar…ideal en esta época del año. Una experiencia inolvidable que acompaña la buena mano de sus propietarios en la distribución y decoración del espacio❤️

Die Wohnung war super für uns als Familie geeignet! Es gab drei Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Auch der direkte Zugang zum Garten war perfekt! Alles war sauber und die Kommunikation mit Antonio war prima. Ein Parkplatz war vorhanden. Der Pool ist leider erst ab Juni geöffnet, daher konnten wir ihn nicht nutzen. Aber der Zugang zum Meer war perfekt in 5 min zu erreichen und der Strand ist traumhaft und naturbelassen. Ein zauberhafter Ort zum abschalten und Ruhe genießen.

Hemos pasado unos estupendos días en familia. La casa es preciosa, con todas las comodidades y súper bien equipada, lo cual ha hecho que sea una estancia fantástica. La casa es tal cual las fotos e incluso mejor en directo! Todo muy limpio y a un paso de la playa! Y con Susana la comunicación ha sido súper fluida y muy cercana. Llevamos idea de repetir el próximo año! 😊

Lovely big house a short walk away from a stunning beach, plenty of restaurants and a few small shops that easily sell enough for breakfasts & lunches. The house is very well equipped - especially the kitchen - and the water purifier and ice maker within the fridge was great to have. We didn't hire a car, and relied on taxis to take us a bit further afield which were easy to book. A car would be useful if you want to use the house as a base to explore the area, but isn't at all essential. Communication with the host was excellent. Thank you for a fantastic holiday!

Nuestra estancia en esta casa fue simplemente perfecta. La ubicación es excelente, en una zona tranquila pero cerca de todo lo necesario. La casa estaba impecablemente limpia y equipada con todo lo que podríamos necesitar para sentirnos como en casa. Cada detalle estaba pensado para brindar comodidad. Además, el anfitrión fue muy atento y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier duda o recomendación. Sin duda, recomendaríamos esta casa a cualquiera que busque una estancia agradable y sin preocupaciones. ¡Recomendable 100%!

We had a wonderful week in Marta’s apartment. It is located in the heart of Vejer old town with amazing views from the fantastically well equipped terrace which had a space for every activity and weather condition. The patio downstairs was beautiful and the kitchen was well equipped with staples such as oils, vinegar and spices so we could easily knock up a salad dressing. The bathroom is beautiful with a lovely shower with both a rain shower and power shower head and Marta provided lots of towels for every occasion - big fluffy ones for the bathroom, yellow ones that matched the terrace and big beach ‘rugs’ and the bedding was good quality. For a compact and bijou space it is amazingly well thought out and equipped and we were missing nothing. As a host Marta was exceptional - she provided tons of information about places to visit and cultural events. Thank you Marta, we had a wonderful time and you were an excellent cultural ambassador

Lage und Sauberkeit super klasse. Manuel war super freundlich und sehr bemüht. Bei uns haperte es an der Sprache war aber irgendwie auch lustig sich mit händen und Füßen zu unterhalten

We had the most wonderful time with Nati and Jose Ignacio. They made us feel incredibly welcome, and we even ended up spending time together in their beautiful courtyard. They're warm, thoughtful, and cool people. They offered fantastic recommendations, not just for the area but for the rest of our travels across Spain. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. I’d recommend this stay to anyone, and we can’t wait to come back!

Pasamos unos días fantásticos. Javier es encantador y nos dio muy buenos consejos sobre la zona. El bungalow es perfecto para una escapada: cómodo, bien equipado y con una ubicación inmejorable. Ideal para hacer la ruta de la Breña y disfrutar de las playas que están justo enfrente. ¡Repetiremos sin duda!

Este ha sido el segundo año que estamos aquí, nos gusta porque nos sentimos como en casa. Además estamos cerca de todo, hay buenos restaurantes alrededor por si no quieren bullicio y en 6 min. estas en la playa. La atención de José Carlos es impecable, le hablas y te contesta en seguida. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Deze locatie is perfect voor mensen die van een combinatie van natuur en cultuur houden. Hele mooie natuurgebieden zijn op loopafstand en strand en restaurants ook. Het appartement voldoet aan alle vereisten en Heike verleend een uitstekende service.

El apartamento es muy cómodo y tranquilo, ideal para descansar y desconectar. La zona es perfecta y lo mejor, sin duda, es la terraza: amplia, con unas vistas preciosas al castillo y totalmente equipada para disfrutarla al máximo. La comunicación con Rafa es excelente! We had an absolutely fantastic week in La Barrosa, made even more special thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Agueda and Carlos. Their home is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed – including extra touches that made a real difference, especially for our children. The apartment was spotless and well-prepared, with welcome items like breakfast essentials, drinks, and toiletries so we didn’t have to rush out to the supermarket. Agueda gave us a warm, personal welcome and took the time to explain everything, which made settling in effortless. Thank you so much – we would return without a doubt!

It was a real pleasure to spend time in this location. Great experience !
