Holiday rentals with beach access in Roche Caiman

Our second time to Eden Island and Jo’s place was perfect for us. It’s right across the way from our favorite secret pool. Highly recommend!

We’ve been upgraded to Sarah’s Maison since the primary accommodation was still under renovation. Everything was great and as described by Sarah. The whole house was like a dream and definitely exceeded our expectations. There were few spots like the bathroom mirrors, the kitchen sink, and the appliances drawer in the kitchen which were not cleaned and they were stained but it was not something that bothered us that much. All in all, it was a fabulous experience!

We love Eden Island and have stayed at or two properties. What we liked about David’s place was that it gives you a bit more space than the 2 bed, with its lovely wrap around balcony. Thank you!

Amazing place. The apartment, and Eden Island, were just perfect. Our family of four (10 & 13 yr old kids) had a fantastic holiday. Ronan is a brilliant host. We have just got back, and are already planning a return visit to stay here again.

Everything was perfect. The place is nice, cosy and very well located on the Eden Island. Our "corner" was hidden and surrounded by plants, while beach was right there. The host was highly responsive and kind. The apartment is very well equipped. We had a really great time and look forward to return back soon.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! Everything was exactly as described – spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable beds. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. It was also quiet and peaceful in the evenings, which made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responded quickly to any questions, making our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely recommend it to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay – we hope to come back someday!

The house is very nice and clean.Although small, it is very cozy.The host couple is also very nice, very warm, and left us breakfast ingredients, the bacon is delicious.

We traveled with the family to Seychelles and stayed throughout our trip in the villa, which we liked a lot. All was great, the villa has its authentical touch, the hosts were very nice and friendly, the view to the ocean was marvelous, and a small beach was just nearby. The nights were quiet, as the villa is away from all noises and touristic places. We enjoyed our privacy and trip to Seychelles! Big thanks to Mary, Christophe and Gian.

Fantastic stay! Nice pool to cool off in! Golf Cart to go to Eden Plaza! Beautiful snorkeling and 2 kayaks to paddle around! Would definitely recommend for a great stay!

Eden Island is truly a paradise and the house goes with it. It’s wonderful getting around the complex in the golf cart which is provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

The whole island is trully Eden. Tranquile surrounding, lovely gardens all arround the villas. Upon arrival you are provided with a cart, no cars allowed in the resort, which only adds to the overall experience. The villa itself is very spacious, well equipped, with excellent terrace overlooking the water. Check in and out was easy and Tina made evrything smoothly and efficiently. We would deffinitelly love to come back one day.

A dream in the Seychelles! Our time at this Seychelles home was simply spectacular! Already upon arrival we were overwhelmed by the size of the place – even for our family of four, there was more than enough space, which made the stay very pleasant. But the absolute highlight was the location: being right on the sea and waking up every morning with this incredible view was simply unforgettable. You could hear the sound of the waves and enjoy the fresh sea breeze – pure relaxation! Many thanks to the local manager, Ronny. He was very nice and helpful and also prepared us a very tasty dinner one evening. Right at the property you can reach a beach via a path to the rocks. It's a little easier across the street. However, the nearby Beau Vallon beach is better for children. We highly recommend this property! Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Thank you so much 🩵! Marcella is a wonderful host and inspiring person working a lot for church. The Seychelles has been our best vacay with sunbathing, hiking, snorkeling, diving, Easter church services, surrounded by the most beautiful nature! We loved the Seychelles as well as Marcella's place! It is clean, spacious, well-furnished, and the view is absolutely amazing! Marcella was very responsive, and helped us kindly incl. late check-out. We would not recommend coming without a car but also enjoyed walking to the beach and restaurants sometimes. The location is great for a start, maybe staying in the south or one of the other islands is worth a consideration next time. One downside may be the price. Others are temporary construction noise around, missing refills (e.g. toilet paper) or on request (e.g. salt, trash bags), no AC in the living room, in the bedrooms it didn't always cool down, and parking can be tricky. Villa is quite high up giving you the best views of both sunset and sunrise, absolutely stunning views, worth every penny! Edmund is a great host, good communication and very helpful. The Villa is very spacious, clean and I couldn't fault a thing. I would highly recommend car rental and preferably automatic as the Villa is in a steep slope. if you have booked this Villa you will definitely enjoy your stay. Great place to stay for a family of 3 to 5. Everything is comfortable , clean and cozy

We had an amazing time at Villa Rousseau! Alison was helpful, kind and welcoming and Vanessa went above and beyond to make us feel at home! The apartment is very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The view is breathtaking! We rented a car (with Alison’s help) and it was delivered directly to the Villa. We would highly recommend this stay!

Andy is an absolute angel! So helpful with car hire, places to go, restaurants to try etc. He went above and beyond our expectations of a host. Due to the flooding in Dubai our flights were cancelled, we were turned away at the airport with no help. Andy came to our rescue as luckily he had availability, he brought us provisions and collected a takeaway for us that night. He even managed to have another car delivered to us the next day. We (2 adults/ 2 children) feel like Aran Apartments is our second home and that Andy is part of our family!

The apartment is beautiful, clean, and super comfy, with attention paid to every small detail. Fully equipped kitchen including everything you need and even more (a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and waffle maker just to name a few). The view from terrace is exactly the same as on the photo. The apartment has good AC and ventilators in every room plus on the terrace. Comfy bed with good linens. Beach and shower towels are provided. The place is quiet and private, and the location is great. John was the best host! He always responded fast, gave me his full support, clear instructions, helpful information. He helped me a lot when my flight was canceled last minute and I had to change my plans - date change, plus early check-in and late check-out were provided free of charge!!! I couldn't ask for more! I highly recommend everyone book one of his places for a vacation you won't regret!!!

Shirley and Gilbert were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always quick to respond to any questions I had before and during my stay. Gilbert even kindly offered me a ride on my last day, as I didn’t have my own transport. The accommodation is spacious, well-equipped, and the WiFi worked perfectly throughout my stay. There’s air conditioning in the bedroom, and a fan in the living room—which makes the living area a bit warmer than the rest of the house. I also appreciated the convenient drinking water dispenser. The location is great, especially for travelers without a car. Baie Lazare is just a 21-minute walk, Petit Anse about 40 minutes, and there are mini markets, a pharmacy, takeaways, and a small fruit market all within a 10-minute walk. Plus, there’s a bus stop right in front of the property. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe both at the accommodation and in the surrounding area. Thank you so much for everything!
