Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rochdale

I stayed here with my husband and 2 young children on a visit to Holmfirth to see my best friend. Simon was so helpful and went above and beyond for our stay. He ensured everything was set up for us including an extra bed for the children, fresh bread on the side, and milk in the fridge. Also loved the fresh coffee available. Our kids loved running circles around the the flat and Simon even made a point to say to not worry about the kids running around as his children even loved doing that when they were young. So it was very nice to be in a family friendly place. Even the fresh tulips on the table made us smile. Thank you Simon for a lovely stay!

Grace and Daniel are outstanding hosts. They were extremely accomodating to any needs I had during my stay and are very friendly. It’s very easy to get into the city centre as public transport is right nearby and there’s also plenty of shops within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again if in Manchester!

Lovely little place to stay. I'm glad Emma helped with the directions as Google maps found it difficult, but I got there eventually. There are quite a few steep steps down from the parking area to consider but I'm sure Emma will take that into consideration for others who might struggle there. Communication was top notch and extra info.given for the number of a local taxi service. Lovely room with separate ensuite bathroom. Very peaceful setting. Lovely to hear only the birds in the morning. Only a half mile walk into town with all its amenities.

Our stay was booked as we were visiting MMU for an Open Day with our daughter. The location was in the city centre and easily walkable from MCR Piccadilly Stn. The accommodation was faultless as was the communication from Michelle at MCR Hospitality. Clear and concise instructions were provided for Check In as well as some great suggestions for dining out. I would not hesitate recommending MCR Hospitality and as our daughter starts at MMU in Sept, I have no doubt we will be back!!!

From booking to leaving Joanne was extremely helpful. Really clean and comfortable. A real bonus for us was the easy access to many walks and the peaceful setting.

We stayed overnight at Diana's and it was perfect. The photos don't do it justice; it was much better and the living area, bedroom and bathroom were all huge! A great place to stay.

Oh my goodness, they had thought of everything!!! Having given us a lovely warm welcome we discovered there was food to get us going in the fridge, the facilities were above and beyond and the setting unbelievably beautiful. The first Airbnb I’ve been to that has toothpicks, postitnotes and binoculars!!

Just what we were looking for - long scenic walks in beautiful surroundings. The flat was so lovely and was comfortable with everything we needed - with wonderful views. Perfect get away.

Zoe’s home was beautiful and filled with everything we could need for the night, even provided us with some recommendations of local takeaways and things to do nearby! Such a friendly, helpful host and we really appreciated everything being set up for us!

We had a wonderful few days at Winkley Hall Farm. Fantastic property in a wonderful, peaceful location with everything you need for a relaxing, long weekend break. Our communication with our hosts was great from the moment we booked, to arrival and throughout our stay. And the lovely welcome gift was an added surprise and greatly appreciated! We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this property, and will look to return at some point in the future.

Fabulous place, furnished to a very high standard with really nice touches like wine and biscuits! High end bathrooms really suited my very discerning mother!!! I would go back in the blink of an eye!!!

We had a great weekend at Amy's home, the view is stunning, as is the house, with a great open plan space, perfect for friends to get away. There is everything you might possibly need in the kitchen which is well laid out. The beds are very comfy, it was quite difficult to get out of them on Sunday morning to be out by 10 😀. Amy was very helpful when we had an issue with the showers. Great stay and highly recommended.

we had a beautiful stay. the place was spotless and very welcoming. probably the best place to have an air b and b with plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurants to chose from. the people locally are very helpful and polite. it was very peaceful to walk along the canal and to the national park.

This house was so clean and spotless, that it was hard to find any fault with it! Beautifully decorated and clean from top to bottom. A great amount of amenities, including iron, hairdryer, oil, salt and pepper. As we were travelling with a child, having a high chair available AND childrens bowls and plates available was fantastic. The outdoor area was lovely, and we sat and enjoyed our dinner in the sun. The house is really close to many shops, so it was fantastic to nip out to Morrisons and be there within 5 minutes. We were there for a family wedding, and this was the perfect house to be in to get ready in the morning. Thank you Joanne!

Beautiful home! Clean, airy and super comfy. Lovely bedrooms, toilets are very modern. All amenities are available, towels, soaps, kitchen utensils. Kitchen is very modern with everything that you may need for cooking. Simon was a great host ALWAYS available easy to message or call, left us a lovely bottle of wine to enjoy ! Location is super convenient for Manchester without all the noise of having to live in Manchester. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood very secure and safe. Incredibly easy to check in. Highly recommend and will definitely use this place to stay when visiting Manchester. Thank you Simon and Maria for a wonderful stay ⭐️⭐️

We stayed here for a week late May/early June and all agreed that this is one of the nicest places -- if not the nicest -- that we have ever stayed in. The airbnb itself is beautiful. Simon was a gracious and generous host and had left the kitchen stocked with all kinds of goodies which he encouraged us to consume. We had 3 dinners at the Shoulder of the Mutton -- just because we so much liked their food -- took a number of hikes, checked out Liverpool and visited the Yorkshire Sculpture Park [very much worth the hour drive] and Chatworth. All was stunning. I can't recommend this place more highly.

My teenage daughters and I stayed at James’s place, it was easy to access, communication was great with James and a small issue whilst it couldn’t be rectified at the time (it didn’t bother me) he informed me it was fixed after we left which is great. There was a local store to get bits and pieces of food and drink. Easy access to Manchester and a view of the river from the back of the property. The girls said it was also good for tiktok’s or Insta posts as it had good mirrors!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this property! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better in person. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. What truly set this stay apart, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly responsive, attentive to our needs, and always polite and professional in every interaction. Any question we had was answered quickly and helpfully, and it was clear they genuinely cared about our experience. Allison and Team are just wonderful. Warren was an absolutely incredible host, excellent communication throughout the entire process and provided us with clear instructions and recommendations for both parking and local food locations. The place is beautiful, looks just like the photos, one of the beds is slightly smaller than expected but definitely suitable for a smaller person. We stayed as a group for one night and found it easy to access and utilise all the facilities. The space was clean and felt safe. Warren was flexible to us checking in later and was responsive throughout. Overall, I would massively recommend! We loved our stay!

Alison’s place was perfect for my family stay - we were looking for somewhere handy within Yorkshire to visit family, and this apartment gave a truly special Element to our visit. Perfectly functional and charming. The location really is a stand out.
